摘 要:在原有普通混凝土配合比基础上,采用钢渣粗、细骨料对混凝土中的天然骨料进行部分替代,进行钢渣混凝土配合比试验,分别用普通硅酸盐水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥作为胶凝材料进行配合比试验,比较了两种水泥钢渣混凝土的抗折、抗压强度及后期强度发展变化,并进行了不同水泥品种下,不同粒径钢渣混凝土的基本力学性能研究。 Abstract: On the basis of the existing ordinary concrete mix, the tests of slag concrete mix are carried out by using coarse and fine aggregate of steel slag for concrete to partially replace natural aggregate and using ordinary portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement as cementitious materials. Flexural strength, compressive strength and late strength development changes of the two kinds of slag concrete are compared, and the basic mechanical properties of the slag concrete with different size are studied.

摘 要:利用冶炼废弃物镍渣研制储热混凝土。研究表明,利用镍渣高密度的特性可以配置表观密度大、热容值高以及传热性能良好的混凝土储热材料。 Abstract:The heat storage concrete is developed by using nickel slag which is a kind of smelting waste slag. The studies show that the high density of the slag makes it possible to prepare heat storage concrete with high apparent density, high heat capacity and good heat transfer performance.

摘 要:对普通混凝土、大掺量矿渣粉混凝土和大掺量钢矿渣复合粉混凝土分别进行了基本性能试验研究,包括塑性混凝土性能、硬化混凝土力学性能和耐久性。试验结果表明,大掺量钢矿渣复合粉混凝土具有早期强度高、塑性收缩和干缩低、耐久性好等特点。 Abstract: The basic properties of ordinary concrete, concrete mixed with a large amount of slag power and concrete mixed with a large amount of steel slag composite powder are studied including the plastic properties of concrete, the mechanical properties and durability of hardened concrete. The test results show that the concrete mixed with a large amount of steel slag composite powder has good technical characteristics, such as high early strength, low plastic shrinkage and dry shrinkage, good durability.

摘 要:基于固硫灰的活性激发效应和钛矿渣的减水效应,提出通过复合化技术制备钛矿渣-固硫灰复合矿物掺合料,研究了其对砂浆和混凝土的工作性能和力学性能影响,并利用DTA、XRD和SEM等手段探讨了作用机理。结果表明,钛矿渣-固硫灰复合矿物掺合料显示出了活性相互激发和减水的叠加效应。与钛矿渣相比,钛矿渣-固硫灰复合矿物掺合料活性提高;与固硫灰相比,复合矿物掺合料明显改善了砂浆和混凝土的工作性。利用钛矿渣与固硫灰质量比为2:1的复合矿物掺合料所制备的混凝土工作性能及抗压强度与S75矿粉相当。 Abstract:Titanium slag-Circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) fly ash composite mineral admixtures were prepared through the activity excitation of CFBC fly ash and water-reducing of titanium slag. The influences of composite mineral admixtures on the mechanical properties and workability of mortar and concrete were studied, and the mechanism was discussed by DTA, XRD and SEM, etc. The experiment results show that the properties of titanium slag-CFBC fly ash composite mineral admixtures are improved due to the synergistic effect compared with titanium slag and CFBC fly ash used independently. It is oberserved that the workability and compressive strength of the concrete with composite mineral admixtures are similar to those of concrete with S75 slag powder when the mass ratio of titanium slag and CFBC fly ash is 2:1.

摘 要:通过对大跨度薄腹板的方案设计、原材料性能检测、施工工艺研究、工程应用效果评价等内容的研究,对原有施工技术进行了系统改进;通过改善高强自密实混凝土性能、采用模块拼装式模板及复合式交互振捣这三项关键技术,有效减少了人工投入,节省了劳动力,减轻了环境污染,保证了工程质量。 Abstract: The project design of?a concrete bridge plate with large span and thin abdomen, the performance test of raw materials, the construction technology and engineering application effect evaluation are studied, and the construction technology for the original system is improved. By improving the three key technologies of high strength self-compacting concrete, the module with templates, complex interaction vibrating, it’s effective to save the labor, reduce the environmental pollution and ensure the quality of products.

摘 要:某剪力墙结构高层住宅楼群因电梯选购滞后于该住宅楼的设计和施工,导致电梯曳引机底座支撑工字钢及两端槽钢枕头梁与电梯机房两根钢筋混凝土柱发生位置冲突,须凿开这两根柱子,以插入曳引机底座钢梁。采用有限元法评估电梯安装工况下凿断柱子后上部结构的承载力和正常使用工况下部分柱筋永久截断后对机房承载力的影响,研究了相应的施工方案,最终通过钢管临时托换和膨胀细石混凝土填筑的方法,达到安全及施工便利的目的。 Abstract: Since the order of elevator lagged behind the design and construction of 8 shear wall structural high-rise domestic buildings, which caused a site conflict between the steel pedestal steel beams of the elevator traction machines and two existing RC columns, so the columns may need to be fully cut off. Then, the bearing capacity of components after the two RC columns were cut off was estimated and the adverse effects of cutting off part of rebars in the columns are studied. Finally, a construction schedule using the technology of temporary underpinned steel tubes and filling with expansive concrete was designed and carried out to achieve safe and convenient purpose.

摘 要:介绍了环境标志以及HJ/T 412-2007《环境标志产品技术要求 预拌混凝土》标准产生的背景、意义,分析了HJ/T 412-2007标准的各项基本要求和技术内容要求,探讨了目前我国环境标志预拌混凝土产品认证存在的问题,并提出了相关意见和建议。 Abstract: The background and significance of environmental labelling and HJ/T 412-2007 technical requirement for environmental labelling products Ready-mixed concrete are introduced, and all kinds of basic demands and technology content requirements are also analyzed. Meanwhile, some problems existed in product certification are discussed and some opinions and suggestions are put forward. According to the HJ/T 412-2007 to guide the production, it will lead to the concrete industry to achieve green and sustainable development.

摘 要:无机保温砂浆作为一种新型外墙保温材料,与传统有机保温材料相比具有防火阻燃性好、强度高、耐久性优良、不易空鼓开裂等优点,是保温材料的发展新方向。本文简述了无机保温砂浆的保温机理,介绍了无机保温砂浆的特点和分类,分析探讨了无机保温砂浆存在的问题,展望了无机保温砂浆的发展前景。 Abstract: Inorganic insulation mortar technology is a kind of effective energy saving measures in the construction. As a new type of exterior wall thermal insulation material, compared with organic thermal insulating material, inorganic insulation mortar which is the development trend of thermal insulating material has many advantages in fireproof and burning retarding, strength, durability and so on. The insulation mechanism, features and classification of inorganic insulation mortar are introduced, and some problems in inorganic insulation mortar and the development trend of the mortar are put forward.

摘 要:研究了装配式结构用高强套筒灌浆料的性能,通过试配并进行了流动度、强度和膨胀性试验,优选出了优化配合比。同时基于优化配合比进行了水胶比、减水剂掺量和膨胀剂掺量对高强套筒灌浆料性能影响的研究。试验结果表明,随着水胶比(W/B)增加,流动度逐渐增大,但强度随W/B增加呈现明显降低趋势;减水剂可有效改善流动度,而当掺量过多时对强度有一定的影响;膨胀率随膨胀剂掺量增加呈现增长趋势,但当掺量小于8.0%时,膨胀效果较差,掺量大于12.0%时,对流动度和强度产生不利影响。 Abstract: The properties of high-strong cementitious grout for prefabricated concrete structure are studied, and the optimum mix proportion is elected by the tests of fluidity, strength and expansibility. The roles of W/B and the content of superplasticizer or expanders in high-strong cementitious grout for coupler are researched respectively based on the optimum mix proportion. The test results show that the fluidity of the grout increases with the increasing of W/B, but its strength has significantly decreasing trend; the fluidity of the grout can be improved effectively by superplasticizer, but its strength will decrease if superplasticizer content is excessive; expansion rate of the grout increases with the increasing of expanders agent content, but the expansibility is poor when the content is less than 8.0%, and it has an adversely affect on the liquidity and strength of the grout when the content is greater than 12.0%.

摘 要:以普通硅酸盐水泥为主要原料,采用双氧水为发泡剂,在不同配合比条件下研究了掺合料、不同水胶比时料浆稠度、料浆初始反应温度对泡沫混凝土气孔直径大小及气泡稳定性的影响。试验结果表明:双掺粉煤灰与矿渣粉各取代19%的水泥、水胶比为0.41、料浆初始反应温度为20~25°C时制得的泡沫混凝土气孔直径大小适中且气泡稳定不塌模。考虑综合影响因素,研究得到的泡沫混凝土性能稳定、配合比经济,达到节能减排的目的。 Abstract: Using ordinary portland cement as the main raw material and hydrogen peroxide as the foaming agent, the effects of consistency and initial temperature of slurry on the pore diameter size and bubble stability of foam concrete are studied under the condition of different W/B and different admixture content. The results show that pore diameter size of foam concrete is moderate and bubbles are stable when substituted amount of fly ash and slag powder is respectively 19% of cement, W/B is 0.41 and the initial temperature of slurry is 20~25°C. Considering the combined factors, performance of the papered foam concrete is stable, mix proportion is economic, and so it achieves the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.
