摘 要:概述了赤泥的物理性质、化学组成和矿物组成,研究了赤泥在混凝土中的应用。研究表明,赤泥作为矿物掺合料,当掺量为20%时,可以改善赤泥-水泥体系的抗折强度,又不会对抗压强度造成过大损失;在水泥用量相同时,双掺赤泥和粉煤灰体系的强度要高于单掺赤泥或粉煤灰体系的强度;碱激发剂有利于双掺体系强度的增长。 Abstract:The physical properties, chemical components and mineral composition of red mud are summarized, and the application of red mud in the concrete is studied. The study indicates that red mud as a kind of mineral admixtures can improve the flexural strength of red mud-cement system and will not have a significant impact on the compressive strength when content of red mud is 20%; the strength of red mud-ash-cement system is generally higher than that of red mud-cement system and fly ash-cement system under the same amount of cement. The alkaline activator can improve the strength of red mud-fly ash-cement system.

摘 要:在砂浆中混掺钢屑和铁砂两种工业废弃料,制备得到环保低成本的水泥基复合材料,在测定其抗压强度的基础上采用交流两电极法研究其导电性能和压敏性能,并分析研究了混掺掺量、弹塑性荷载、不同加载速率以及冲击荷载等对其压敏性的影响。试验结果表明,随着导电材料掺量增加,试件压敏性更加明显。加载速率越大,试件电阻率变化越大;冲击荷载数值对瞬间电阻率与卸载后电阻率均有较大影响。 Abstract:Two industrial waste materials of steel crape and iron sand were mixed to add into cement system to produce cement based composite material that was low cost and environment friendly. Its conductivity and varistor properties were studied by AC two wire method on the basis of the compressive strength test. And the effect of conducting waste contents, elastic-plastic loads, the various load rate and impact loads on the compression sensitivity of the composite material was studied and analyzed. The test results show that cement-based composite material has favorable varistor properties. With the increase of conducting material contents, the varistor properties of the composite material is more obvious; the greater the loading rate, the greater the resistance changes; the larger the impact load, the faster the resistivity falls.

摘 要:介绍了某住宅工程项目中预制装配式混凝土外墙的施工应用,并就其深化设计、生产制作、运输、吊装、安装等方面的施工工艺技术进行了分析和研究,结合该工程施工中的经验和教训,对于预制装配式混凝土外墙施工技术在建筑工业化中的应用提出了建议。 Abstract:The construction application of the prefabricated concrete external wall in a residential project is introduced, and its deepening design, production, transportation, hoisting and installation of construction technology are analyzed and studied. In addition, combined with the experiences and lessons in engineering construction, some suggestions on the application of prefabricated concrete external wall construction technology in the building industrialization are put forward.

摘 要:为探讨顶管法施工时造成的土体扰动,以合肥市某顶管工程为背景,运用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法对施工时的地层应力场、位移场及地表隆沉的变化过程和分布规律进行了研究并对地表位移进行了监测。结果表明,顶管施工时管道周围一定范围内的土体会受到扰动,管道底部、腰部分别出现最大竖向拉应力、最大竖向压应力;管道上方的土体扰动区域大于下方土体,管道底部和顶部位置土体分别出现最大隆起和最大沉降,随着管道的顶进隆起值减小而沉降值增大,管道轴线远处土体的位移基本为零;地表隆沉曲线以管道轴线为对称轴近似正态分布,在掌子面前方地层表现为隆起而后方为沉降状态。 Abstract:In order to investigate the soil disturbance caused by the pipe jacking construction, the soil stress-displacement field and surface deformation during construction were studied with theoretical and numerical simulation methods based on a pipe-jacking project in Hefei and the surface displacement was monitored. The results show that the soil is disturbed in a certain range around the pipe while the pipe jacking, the maximum vertical tensile stress and the maximum vertical compressive stress are in the bottom and the middle of the pipe respectively; the disturbance area above the pipe is bigger than that of the below. The maximum uplift an settlement are in the top and the bottom respectively, the upheaval decreases while the settlement increases with the pipe jacking, the displacement of soil far from the pipe axis is about zero; the surface deformation curves is approximate a normal distribution whose symmetry axis is the axis of the pipe, the soil layer uplifts in front of tunnel face, then settles behind it.

摘 要:通过正交试验研究了生产砌块用再生混凝土的热工性能,利用极差分析影响再生混凝土导热系数的因素,找出了再生混凝土热工性能各因素的影响规律,并结合再生混凝土砌块强度要求,优化了组合各因素水平取值,给出了再生混凝土砌块具有较好热工性能及较高抗压强度的配合比。在此基础上,进行了再生混凝土砌块墙体的传热系数性能试验研究,结果表明,再生混凝土砌块墙体与普通墙体相比具有良好的热工性能。 Abstract: The thermal performance of recycled concrete block is studied by orthogonal experimental and the main influence factors on thermal conductivity of recycled concrete is analyzed using range analysis in order to find the influence law of the factors on thermal performance of recycled concrete. The values of various factors are optimized based on the strengths of recycled concrete block, the optimum mix proportion of recycled concrete block with great thermal performance and relatively high compressive strength is obtained. On this basis, heat transfer performance of recycled concrete block wall is tested. The results show that the thermal performance of recycled concrete block wall is better than that of ordinary wall.

摘  要:采用正交试验设计方法,考虑水泥掺量、玻化微珠掺量、植物纤维参量及砂掺量四个因素在三个水平下的影响,配置植物纤维增强型玻化微珠陶粒混凝土砌块,对材料抗压强度、拉压比和导热系数进行了极差分析、方差分析,采用功效系数分析法,确定满足一定考察指标的材料最优配合比。结果表明:水泥掺量是影响抗压强度的最主要因素,也是最显著因素;植物纤维能有效地提高材料的拉压比;玻化微珠能够较好地改善材料的热工性能,其掺量对于抗压强度及拉压比的影响较小。提出了抗压强度在5.0~7.5MPa范围内的最优配合比。Abstract:Byusingthemethodoforthogonalexperimentaldesignandconsideringtheinfluenceofcementcontent,glassbeadscontent,plantfiberparametersandsandcontentunderthreelevels,glazedhollowbeadandhayditeconcreteblockwithplantfiberwasprepared.Throughrangeanalysis,analysisofvariance,andtheefficiencycoefficientanalysisofcompressivestrength,tension-compressionratioandthermalconductivityoftheblockmaterial,theoptimummixproportionwhichmakesblocktosatisfycertainindicatorisdetermined.Theresultsshowthatcementcontentisnotonlythemostimportantfactoraffectingthecompressivestrengthofmaterial,butalsothemostsignificantfactor;addingplantfibercaneffectivelyimprovethetensionandcompressionratioofmaterial;addingglassbeadscanimprovethethermalperformanceofmaterial,butitscontentwaslessaffectedforcompressivestrengthandtensionandcompressionratioofmaterial.Theoptimummixproportionisputforwardtoget5.0~7.5MPaofcompressivestrength.

摘 要:对经受硫酸镁溶液长期浸泡腐蚀后的石灰石复合矿物掺合料混凝土梁进行了抗弯承载力试验,对比分析了不同浸泡环境下混凝土梁的腐蚀情况、抗弯性能、变形特征和破坏形态。试验结果表明,石灰石复合矿物掺合料混凝土梁在室外环境下采用10%硫酸镁溶液浸泡300d后,发生了以石膏结晶侵蚀为主导的破坏,与在水中浸泡的混凝土梁相比,浸泡在硫酸镁溶液中的混凝土梁的抗弯性能稍有下降,开裂荷载和极限荷载略有降低,裂缝扩展速度稍快,破坏时的挠度和延性有所降低,混凝土梁在受力过程中正截面应变符合平截面假定。 Abstract: The flexural behavior of limestone compound mineral admixture concrete beam eroded by magnesium sulfate solution at long-term period was studied, and the corrosion degree, flexural behavior, deformation features and failure mode of concrete beams in different environment were analyzed. Test results show that the limestone compound mineral admixture concrete beam submerged in 10% magnesium sulfate solution after 300d in outdoor environment is broken mainly because of gypsum crystallization erosion. Compared with the concrete beam submerged in water, flexural behavior, cracking load and ultimate load of the former beam decrease slightly, the crack propagation speed grows fast as well as the deflection and ductility of the failure beams decrease. The cross section strain of concrete beam is accord with plane section assumption during the loading process.

摘 要:针对肋形混凝土永久性模板与结构新浇混凝土之间粘接问题,制作了与肋形模板原理相同的试件及对比试件共四种24个,用双面剪的方法对试块进行了新老混凝土的粘结面抗剪试验。试验结果表明,掺PVA纤维并带宽、高均为10mm肋的试件粘结面的抗剪强度是整体混凝土抗剪强度的85.78%,能够满足利用永久性模板浇筑的板、墙类构件抗剪要求。同时,对新老混凝土粘结面抗剪能力的计算方法进行了探讨。 Abstract: In view of the adhesive problems between the ribbed concrete permanent template and structure new pouring concrete, 24 specimens (four types) using the same principle as ribbed template are made, and the shear tests of bonding surfaces of the new and old concrete are carried out by the method of double-sided shear. The test results show that shear strength of bonding surface of specimen with PVA fiber and 10mm of width and height rib is 85.78% of shear strength of the overall concrete, and it can satisfy the requirements of using permanent template to pour plate and shear wall components. In addition, the calculation method on shear capacity of bonding surfaces of the new and old concrete is discussed.

摘 要:为推动纤维混凝土在高速铁路工程中的应用,选择铁路工程桥梁-桥面防水防护层、隧道-衬砌喷射混凝土、轨道-轨枕和附属结构-电缆槽盖板等结构部位,总结了纤维混凝土在这些结构中应用现状,尤其是在高速铁路工程中的应用现状。结合铁路工程纤维混凝土相关的标准与工程实际,提出纤维混凝土在铁路工程应用过程所存在的问题,并给出了相应的建议。 Abstract:To promote the application of fiber reinforced concrete in high-speed railway engineering, the bridge in railway engineering - waterproof protective layer of deck, the tunnel - lining shotcrete, the track - sleeper and the accessory structure – cover plates of cable and other structures are selected. Application of fiber reinforced concrete in these structures is summarized, especially the application status in high-speed railway engineering. Combined with standards and engineering conditions of fiber reinforced concrete in railway engineering, some problems on application of fiber reinforced concrete in railway engineering and the recommendations are put forward.

摘 要:对当前国内外混凝土耐久性评价方法进行了综合评述,并基于混凝土抗渗性与耐久性之间的密切关系建立了“基于抗渗性的纤维混凝土耐久性综合评价体系”。基于这一评价体系,结合纤维混凝土的特点建立了“基于抗渗性的纤维混凝土耐久性评价体系模型”。通过对聚丙烯纤维混凝土、玄武岩纤维混凝土以及玄武岩-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土的抗水渗性、抗冻融性和抗硫酸盐腐蚀性进行试验研究,对各系列纤维混凝土抗渗性指标D1与抗冻融性指标D2、抗硫酸盐腐蚀性指标D3关系进行拟合,并得到了基于抗渗性的玄武岩-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土耐久性评价模型,进一步验证了“基于抗渗性的纤维混凝土耐久性评价体系模型”的合理性。 Abstract: The methods for evaluating the durability of concrete at home and abroad were reviewed. The "integrated evaluation system for durability of concrete based on the permeability" was established based on the close relationship between concrete permeability and durability. Based on the evaluation system, the "integrated evaluation system for durability of fiber concrete based on the permeability" was established combined with characters of fiber concrete. Experimental researches were carried out on resistance to water permeability, freeze-thaw resistance and corrosion resistance to sulphate of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete, basalt fiber reinforced concrete and basalt - polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete; through the experimental data analysis, the relationships between water resistance indexes D1 with resistance to freezing and thawing indexes D2 and sulphate resisting corrosion indexes D3 of fiber reinforced concrete were simulated, and the integrated evaluation system for durability of basalt-polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete based on the permeability was gotten, and then the rationality of " integrated evaluation system for durability of fiber reinforced concrete based on the permeability" was verified.
