水泥基陶粒多孔无砟轨道吸音板的制作及性能浅析

摘 要:以陶粒作为轻骨料,高强度等级水泥作为胶凝材料,辅以聚酯纤维和减水剂等外加剂进行复合,制作出一种新型水泥基陶粒多孔无砟轨道道床吸音板。通过试验分析得出,吸音板在6个中心频率下的平均吸音系数达到0.72,降噪系数(NRC)达到0.82,属于吸音产品中的优秀水平。通过优化混合、搅拌、压制、养护等制作工艺,使其28d抗压强度达到5.7 MPa,抗折强度达到4.3MPa。在水泥用量基本固定的情况下,各因素对材料抗压强度的影响的主次顺序为:水灰比>减水剂掺量>聚酯纤维掺量。
Abstract: The porous cement-based ceramsite acoustic board on the unballasted track is prepared by using the composite materials in which the ceramsite is utilized as lightweight aggregates, the high strength cement as cementitious material and the polyester fiber, water reducer and other additives as adjuncts. Based on experiments and analysis, it's found that the average sound absorption coefficient under 6 center frequencies and the noise reduction coefficient(NRC)reach up 0.72 and 0.82 respectively, which demonstrates the acoustic board advanced sound absorbing technology. In addition, the fabrication processes such as cement mixing, compaction and curing can also improve the 28d compressive strength of concrete up to 5.7MPa while the flexural strength is no less than 4.3MPa. The compressive strength is affected by several ingredients, while keeping the amount of cement, these factors affecting on compressive strength, in terms of importance,have a certain sequence: water cement ratio>dosage of water reducer>dosage of polyester fiber.
