钢纤维部分增强高强混凝土梁的疲劳变形性能

摘 要:通过普通高强混凝土梁和钢纤维高强混凝土梁的疲劳试验,分析了疲劳荷载作用下钢纤维部分增强高强混凝土梁挠度随循环次数增加的变化规律,探讨了钢纤维掺入层厚对钢纤维高强混凝土梁变形性能的影响,研究了钢纤维部分增强高强混凝土梁刚度及挠度的计算方法,并提出了相应的计算公式。结果表明,在高强混凝土梁中掺加钢纤维能有效控制梁的刚度,疲劳变形性能随着钢纤维混凝土层厚的增加而提高,计算结果与试验测量结果吻合较好。
Abstract:Based on the fatigue test of high strength concrete beam and steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete beams, the development law of deflection of steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete beams with the increasing loading cycles is discussed under the fatigue loading, and the influences of the depth of steel fiber layer on the deformation performance of steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete beams are discussed. The calculating methods of deflection and stiffness of steel fiber partially reinforced high strength concrete beams are studied, and the related calculation formulas are put forward. The results show that adding steel fiber into the high strength concrete beams can control the stiffness of the beams effectively, the fatigue deformation performance would be improved along with the increase of depth of steel fiber layer, and the calculated values have good agreement with the test data.
