聚丙烯纤维和涤纶纤维混凝土力学性能的比较研究

摘 要:通过试验研究了不同体积掺量的聚丙烯纤维和涤纶纤维水泥混凝土的力学性能。结果表明,在低掺量的情况下,涤纶纤维完全可以取代聚丙烯纤维,而且涤纶纤维混凝土的各项性能均优于素混凝土, 其中,以抗劈裂性能的优势最为突出。 在高掺量的情况下, 涤纶纤维混凝土的各项性能与聚丙烯纤维混凝土的差距较大, 不易取代。
Abstract: The mechanical properties of polypropylene fiber and polyester fiber concrete are studied with different volume dosages by experiment. The result shows that under the condition of low dosages, polyester fiber can completely replace polypropylene fiber, and every performance of the polyester fiber concrete precede to the ones of fiber concrete, especially the splitting property. Under the high dosage condition, there are great performance differences between polyester fiber concrete and polypropylene fiber concrete, and the polyester fiber is difficult to replace the polypropylene fiber.
