摘 要：介绍了一种用于自动清扫制造离心方桩的自动化设备。该套设备配合生产线转运钢模的链条输送机，把通过的钢模自动清扫干净并喷涂脱模剂，进一步提高了生产线的自动化程度，工艺节拍更加可控，而且使生产效率更有保证。同时，也有效减少了操作人员数量，不仅节约成本，也提高了整个生产环境的安全性。
Abstract: A kind of automation equipment for automatic cleaning manufacture centrifugal square piles is introduced. This set of equipments matches with production line to run the chain conveyor of steel mould, then, automatically cleans the steel mould and sprays release agent on it, which further improve the automation degree of square pile production lines, and make the process more controllable and the efficiency more guarantee. Meanwhile, the steel mould automation cleaning machine can effectively reduce the operating personnel quantity, which can not only save the cost, but also improve the production environment security.
