再生微粉混凝土耐久性研究

摘 要:利用废弃混凝土粉磨制作再生微粉作为掺合料应用于水泥混凝土中。研究了再生微粉混凝土的抗冻性及抗碳化性能,同时与粉煤灰及矿粉作为掺合料的混凝土进行性能对比,进一步研究再生微粉与其它掺合料共掺情况下混凝土的耐久性。研究结果表明,控制再生微粉掺量的混凝土抗冻性及抗碳化耐久性能与普通混凝土相当;采用碱性激发剂的再生微粉混凝土、再生微粉与粉煤灰及矿粉双掺及三掺情况下,混凝土的耐久性更优。
Abstract: Cement concrete is mixed by recycled micro-powder with waste concrete powder. The freezing resistance and carbonation resistance of recycled micro-powder concrete are researched, and the performances of concrete with fly ash and slag powder are compared with those of recycled micro-powder concrete. Therefore, the durability of concrete is further studied when recycled micro-powder is mixed with other admixtures. The results indicate that the freezing resistance and carbonation resistance of recycled micro-powder concrete are similar with those of common concrete when controlling the dosage of recycled micro-powder. The durability of recycled micro-powder concrete is better when using the alkali activator as well as mixed with fly ash and slag powder.
