摘 要:通过加速碳化方法,研究了水工混凝土单掺花岗岩石粉、单掺粉煤灰及双掺花岗岩石粉及粉煤灰时的抗碳化性能。结果表明,水工混凝土双掺矿物掺合料时的抗碳化性能优于单掺矿物掺合料时的抗碳化性能,且混凝土抗碳化性能随着矿物掺合料掺量及细度的变化,呈现规律性变化。 Abstract: The carbonation resistances of hydraulic concrete mixed with granitic powder or fly ash and hydraulic concrete double mixed with granitic powder and fly ash are studied through the method of accelerated carbonation. And the results show that the carbonation resistance of hydraulic concrete double mixed with granitic powder and fly ash is better than that of hydraulic concrete single mixed with admixture, and the carbonation resistance is changed regularly with the change of content and fineness of mineral admixtures.

摘 要:在大多数塔楼底板设计中,混凝土裙楼底板完成面与塔楼底板完成面在同一标高处,即塔楼采用下挖式基础,该类基础侧面支模较为简单。本工程塔楼底板混凝土为上反式基础,基础完成面比裙楼完成面高4.3m,侧壁支模难度较大。本文主要讲述了上反式承台侧壁单侧支模在成都环球贸易广场的成功应用,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。 Abstract: In the most of design of the tower floor, floor complete faces of concrete skirt building and tower are at the same level, that’s to say tower uses digging type foundation whose single-side formwork is relatively simple. In this project, the tower floor concrete is anti-form foundation, its floor complete face is 4.3m taller than that of skirt building floor, and it’s difficult for side-wall formwork. Here, the succeed application case of single-side formwork of anti-form cushion cap side-wall in ICC of Chengdu is introduced, and it can provide some references for other similar projects

摘 要:分析了水泥-粉煤灰改性脱硫石膏基自保温砌块的原材料性能以及配合比,介绍了砌块的生产工艺和产品性能。采用有机无机复合的方法对脱硫石膏改性,其物理力学和热工性能满足夏热冬冷地区建筑节能自保温墙体的要求。 Abstract: The properties and mixture ratio of raw materials of thermal insulation block from desulfurization gypsum modified by cement and fly ash are analyzed, and the production technology and product performance of the desulfurization gypsum building block are introduced. The physical-mechanical and thermal performance of the desulfurization gypsum building block can meet the requirements of the building energy efficiency insulated wall in the area with hot summer and cold winter by using the method of organic and inorganic compound to modify desulfurization gypsum.

摘 要:随着预拌砂浆的推广和普及,作为改善砂浆性能的外加剂得到了广泛的应用,不同的外加剂对砂浆的技术性能有着不同的作用。研究了四种不同砂浆外加剂对预拌砂浆技术性能的影响,结果表明,砂浆外加剂不同的掺量对砂浆的性能影响较大,当外加剂的掺量为0.025%~0.075%时,能有效提高砂浆的抗压强度和拉伸粘结强度。外加剂的掺入可以改善砂浆的收缩率和抗冻性,多组分的砂浆外加剂体现出较为优异的技术经济特性。 Abstract:With the promotion and popularization of ready mixed mortar,admixture which can improve the performance of mortar has been widely used. Admixtures would affect the performance of building mortar. Here, the effect of four kinds of mortar admixture on the performance of mortars is investigated, and the results show that the admixture content has a great effect on the performance of the mortar. When the admixture content is 0.025%~0.075%, the compressive strength and tensile strength of mortars increase effectively, and the shrinkage and freezing resistance are improved as well. The mortar admixture with multi-component shows more prominent technical and economic characteristics.

摘 要:运用数值计算的方法模拟了24种不同孔洞结构的240mm×115mm×90mm(长×宽×高)粉煤灰小型空心砌块的耦合传热过程,得出单个空心砌块的当量导热系数值。模拟中考虑沿着砌块长度方向及宽度方向传热对当量导热系数的影响。结果表明:沿着传热垂直方向增加孔数减弱了砌块的保温隔热效果,沿着传热平行方向增加孔数增强了砌块的保温隔热性能。另外,还对三种砌法的砌筑单元结果进行了比较,选出了最优方案,此种砌法不仅减少了寻找最优孔型的工作量和时间,而且新型砌法的结果比以往方法找出的最优方案要为理想。 Abstract: The coupled heat transportation process of 240mm×115mm×90mm(length × width × height)fly-ash small-sized hollow block with 24 kinds of configurations with different hole number and arrays was simulated, and equivalent thermal conductivity (ETC) of single hollow block was obtained. Heat transfer along length and width direction of the hollow block is considered in the simulation. The results show that with the increase of the holes number in vertical direction of heat transfer, the effect of thermal insulation on hollow blocks is weakened, but with the increase of the holes number in parallel direction of heat transfer, the effect of thermal insulation on hollow blocks is enhanced. The results of three kinds of methods of bricklaying with trowel on masonry units are compared, which helps to pick out the optimal solution. This method can not only reduce the workload and time to find the optimal groove, but the result using new method is better than that of using the conventional method.

摘 要:通过对玻化微珠保温混凝土试块的高温试验研究,确定了高温(火灾)条件下的物理力学及热工性能,并进一步运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对玻化微珠保温混凝土板进行了火灾高温条件下的模拟分析,得出其火灾高温条件下的温度场的分布规律。 Abstract: The temperature tests of glazed hollow beads insulation concrete blocks are carried out to study and determine mechanical and thermal performance of the test blocks under the fire high temperature. Then the glazed hollow beads insulation concrete plates are simulated and analyzed by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS under fire high temperature, and the distribution rule of temperature field under the condition of fire high temperature is obtained.

摘 要:采用C30混凝土按碳纤维体积掺量2‰进行配合比设计,制作了3个试验试件柱,对其进行水平低周往复加载,分析其在轴压比0.4、0.5、0.6下试件的滞回曲线、骨架曲线及位移延性系数;同时采用ABAQUS软件对碳纤维混凝土柱的滞回性能进行有限元分析,得到碳纤维柱的滞回曲线和应力云图。结果表明,轴压比的变化对试件滞回曲线的饱满程度影响不大,不同轴压比下试件的滞回曲线均比较饱满,没有出现捏拢现象,到达极限承载力后,曲线下降平缓;随着轴压比的增大,试件的极限承载力降低,所对应的极限位移和延性系数均减小。采用ABAQUS软件模拟得到的曲线与试验所得曲线吻合较好。 Abstract: Three specimens of carbon fiber reinforced concrete columns with C30 concrete strength grade and 2‰ carbon fiber are tested to study their hysteresis curve, skeleton curve and displacement ductility coefficient when the axial compressive ratios are 0.4, 0.5 and 0.6. And carbon fiber concrete columns are analyzed by using the finite element software ABAQUS, the hysteretic curve and stress nephogram of the columns are achieved. The results show that the change of axial compression ratio has little influence on the full extent of the hysteretic curves. The hysteretic curves under different axial compression ratios are full without significant pinch phenomenon. When the limit bearing capacity of the columns is reached, the skeleton curve decreases slowly. With the increase of axial load ratio, the ultimate bearing capacity and limit displacement decrease. The simulation curve and experimental curve are in good agreement which proved the rationality of simulation.

摘 要:分别对掺聚丙烯纤维高强混凝土和素高强混凝土高温后导热系数、表观密度进行了试验研究,分析了两者的表观密度、导热系数和导温系数的变化规律,结果表明,高温后掺聚丙烯纤维高强混凝土和素混凝土的表观密度、导热系数均呈下降趋势,高温前后掺聚丙烯纤维高强混凝土比素高强混凝土的表观密度小、导热系数和导温系数大,而且其导热系数和导温系数随温度变化规律更为明显。 Abstract: The thermal conductivity and the apparent density of the polypropylene fiber reinforced HSC and plain HSC were tested and studied. The results indicate that the apparent density, thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of polypropylene fiber reinforced HSC and plain HSC all show downward trends after elevated temperature. Before and after elevated temperature, the apparent density of polypropylene fiber reinforced HSC is smaller than that of plain HSC, but its the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity are bigger those of plain HSC, and change rules of thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of polypropylene fiber reinforced HSC with temperature are more regular.
