高性能混凝土湿养龄期研究

摘 要:在对比高性能混凝土和普通混凝土的基础上,研究了湿养龄期对掺加粉煤灰、矿粉及硅灰的高性能混凝土力学及表面性能的影响规律。结果表明,由于养护作用区域的存在,高性能混凝土的抗压强度对表面连续湿养并不敏感,而表层渗透性则受养护条件影响较大;掺加掺合料的高性能混凝土需至少进行7~14d的湿养护。
Abstract:Effects of moisture curing on mechanical and surface properties of high performance concrete with fly ash, slag and silica fume are studied in the paper, based on the comparison between high performance concrete(HPC)with low water-binder ratio and ordinary concrete (OC) with low compressive strength. The results indicate that the compressive strength of HPC can be considerably less sensitive to surface moisture conditions, while surface properties can markedly improved by wet-curing, for curing affected zone is the main reason. Furthermore, wet curing of 7~14 days is necessary for HPC.
