摘 要:回弹法检测废弃混凝土构件并快速分级生产不同质量等级再生骨料及再生粉状颗粒,添加石灰及粉煤灰配制二灰碎石。设计正交实验,通过重型击实、无侧限抗压强度等试验分析再生骨料质量、二灰掺量、再生粉状颗粒等因素对其性能影响规律并得出最佳配比范围。试验表明,再生骨料及再生粉状颗粒可以不同程度替代天然骨料及粉煤灰,配置力学性能满足承载基层要求的半刚性基层材料。 Abstract: The content of waste concrete has been quickly classified with the method of rebound testing to produce different quality grades of recycled aggregates. Then lime and fly ash are added to make lime-fly ash gallet. Designing orthogonal test, the effect of quality of recycled course aggregates, the content of lime-fly ash, regenerated waste concrete powder on matrix is analyzed through the method of heavy compaction test and unconfined compressive strength test. The range of best mix proportion of recycled aggregates lime-fly ash is obtained. This research proves that recycled aggregates and powder can change natural aggregates and fly ash by different levels. The mechanical properties of lime-fly ash regenerated from waste concrete can meet the requirement of loading based layer.

摘 要:对某在建工业厂房混凝土结构质量进行了检测,发现混凝土强度偏低、现浇板开裂渗漏等病害,分析了泵送商品混凝土冬季施工病害产生的原因,评估了混凝土强度、裂缝和冻融深度,提出了针对性的工程防治措施,保证了后续工程建设的质量。 Abstract: The concrete structure quality of an industrial building was detected, and some construction diseases such as low concrete strength, cracking and leaking of slabs were found. The reasons of pumping premixed concrete diseases in winter construction are analyzed. The concrete strength, cracks and frozen depth are assessed. In addition, some pertinence engineering measures are put forward to ensure the quality of follow-up project construction.

摘 要:针对钻孔灌注桩混凝土大流动性和高耐久性的技术要求,对芜湖长江公路二桥主桥钻孔灌注桩用C35高性能混凝土从原材料选择、配合比设计以及混凝土性能三方面进行了研究。实际施工效果表明,按照高性能混凝土理念设计和施工的钻孔灌注桩混凝土的粘聚性和流动性好,且无泌水、离析现象,芯样测试结果也证明了钻孔灌注桩混凝土满足设计强度和耐久性要求,内部结构密实、无裂缝。 Abstract: Aiming at the technical requirements of high fluidity and good durability of bored cast-in-situ pile concrete, C35 high performance concrete for bored cast-in-suit pile in the main bridge of No.2 Wuhu Yangtze River Highway Bridge was investigated. Raw materials selection, mix proportion design and properties of the concrete were especially researched. Actual construction shows that the bored cast-in-situ pile concrete, designed and implemented according to the concept of high performance concrete, appears good adhesiveness and fluidity, without bleeding and segregation. Core samples test results also prove that the strength and durability of pile concrete can meet the design requirements, and the concrete are dense and free of cracks.

摘  要:结合某实际工程的地下车库顶板结构设计方案,介绍了蜂巢芯空腹楼盖的基本构造及设计方法,并以密肋楼盖结构作为对比方案,计算了两种楼盖方案的技术经济指标,对比分析结果表明,地下车库顶板采用蜂巢芯空腹楼盖具有良好的技术优势和经济效益;且随着使用荷载的增加,空腹楼盖的经济性在大空间、大跨度的地下结构顶板中表现得更为明显。Abstract:Accordingtothestructuredesignofundergroundgaragerooffromapracticalproject,thebasicstructureanddesignmethodofthehoneycombedcorehollowfloorareintroduced,andtheribbedslabasacontrastscheme,economicandtechnicalindexesoftwokindsoffloorschemesarecalculated.Theresultsshowthatthegarageroofwithhoneycombedcorehollowfloorhasagoodtechnicalandeconomicadvantage;andwiththeincreasingofloads,theadvantageofhollowflooreconomyappliedinlargespace,largespanundergroundstructureroofismoreobviously.

摘 要:本着对砌体结构抗剪强度的直接预测要求,对砌体结构试件进行了受剪斜压试验和三轴压缩试验。试件使用了不同砂浆组合,将斜压试验数据和三轴压缩试验数据套入文献中的不同计算公式计算出砌体抗剪强度值,并进行了比较。试验结果表明,砌体抗剪强度取决于接缝砂浆类型,相对于受剪斜压试验,三轴压缩试验方法简单直观,试验结果更为可靠,更适合用于砌体结构的抗剪切试验。 Abstract: Based on the prediction of masonry shear strength by direct way, diagonal compression tests and triplet tests are carried out. The shear strengths of brick masonry specimen are calculated using the various formulas from references, and the experimental data from appropriate experimental tests and triplet tests are compared. The test results show that the shear strength of brick masonry walls is depends on the types of joint mortar, and the triplet test is very straightforward and can provide reliable data results, so it’s more suitable for shear strength experiment of brick masonry walls.

摘 要:介绍了一种钢筋混凝土梁抗剪加固的新方法——ETS法,并对16根钢筋混凝土短梁进行了试验研究,探求ETS法的可行性。对比了BFRP筋绑扎、BFRP筋灌胶(ETS法)、普通钢筋绑扎插入式三种加固的试件与未加固试件的抗剪性能;通过加固筋的应变,研究了加固筋的利用率。研究结果表明:钢筋混凝土短梁采用ETS法加固后,加固筋的存在延缓了试件裂缝的发展,提高了开裂荷载和抗剪承载力,减小了短梁的跨中挠度,表现出良好的受力和变形性能。 Abstract: The Embedded Through-Section (ETS) which is a new reinforced method of concrete beam to improve the shear capacity is introduced. 16 RC short beams are tested to certify the feasibility of the reinforced method. The shearing capacity between the reinforced specimens strengthened with assembling BFRP bars, epoxy wrapping BFRP bars (ETS) and assembling rebars and the unreinforced ones were compared in the test. Utilization of reinforcing bars are showed by the strain data. The results indicate that the reinforced bars can delay the development of cracking, improve the cracking load and the shear capacity of the beam. At the same time the mid-span deflection of short beam is reduced. The RC short beams strengthened by ETS method show good mechanical and deformation properties.

摘  要:研究了不同长度及掺量的聚丙烯纤维对碱矿渣水泥砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:6mm和12mm聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.04%~0.16%时,能提高碱矿渣水泥砂浆的流动度,改善碱矿渣砂浆的工作性,但随着纤维掺量的增加,流动度增加幅度减小。掺入6mm聚丙烯纤维0.12%时,砂浆的早、后期抗压强度都有所降低,但28d抗折强度提高25.5%,折压比提高33.3%;当掺入12mm聚丙烯纤维0.12%时,28d抗压、抗折强度分别增加11.8%和30.6%,且28d折压比提高25%。相比而言,在同等掺量时,掺入12mm的聚丙烯纤维对碱矿渣水泥砂浆抗压、抗折强度的贡献优于掺入6mm的聚丙烯纤维。Abstract:Theeffectsofpolypropylenefiberunderdifferentlengthanddifferentadmixturecontentonthepropertiesofalkali-activatedslagcementmortararestudied.Theresultsshowthatwhenthepolypropylenefibercontentswith6mmand12mmlengthare0.04%~0.16%,workabilityofalkali-activatedslagcementmortarisimproved,butwiththeincreasingoffibercontent,thefluidityincreasingextentdecreases.Whenthecontentofthepolypropylenefiberswith6mmlengthis0.12%,thecompressivestrengthsofthemortarattheearlierandlaterstagesdecrease,buttheir28dflexuralstrengthsincreaseby25.5%andtheratioofflexuralandcompressivestrengthincreaseby33.3%aswell.Whenthecontentofthepolypropylenefiberwith12mmlengthis0.12%,the28dcompressivestrengthandflexuralstrengthincreaseby11.8%and30.6%respectivelyandits28dratioofflexuralandcompressivestrengthalsoincreasesby25%.Bycomparison,underthesameadmixturecontent,thepolypropylenefiberswith12mmlengthhaveabiggercontributiontothecompressivestrengthandtheflexuralstrengthofthealkali-activatedcementslagmortarthanthoseofpolypropylenefiberswith6mmlength.

摘 要:采用平织法和打结法两种方法编织网格间距分别为80mm和100mm的碳纤维编织网,通过板的抗弯试验研究不同结网方式对不同网格间距CTRC板抗弯性能的影响。试验结果表明,打结法编织的碳纤维编织网在减小CTRC板的挠度的同时也相应降低了抗弯强度,且当超出板的抗弯极限承载能力之后CTRC板不会完全破坏,仍具有残余承载能力。其中网格间距为100mm打结碳纤维编织网增强混凝土板的抗弯强度及极限挠度较平织碳纤维编织网分别降低了36.8%和6.0%。 Abstract: Two methods of plain weaving and knot weaving were used to weaving carbon fiber textile with different grid spacings(80mm and 100mm), and the bending tests of CTRC plate were carried out to investigate the effect of weaving methods on bending property of CTRC plates with different grid spacings. The results show that carbon fiber textiles using knot weaving method can improve deflection and reduce bending strength of CTRC plates, and when the load exceeds the bending ultimate carrying capacity of plate, CTRC plates will not be completely destroyed and still have residual carrying capacity. When the grid spacing is 100mm, the bending strength and limiting deflection of the carbon fiber textile reinforced concrete plates are respectively reduced by 36.8% and 6.0% comparing with those of carbon fiber textile using the plain weaving method.
