淤泥陶粒及其加气砌块生产技术研究

摘 要:通过长江淤泥(南通段)的物理性能及化学成分分析,对淤泥烧制陶粒进行了探讨。分析了陶粒及粉煤灰掺量对陶粒加气砌块性能的影响,并对陶粒加气砌块的抗压强度及热工性能进行测试。介绍了陶粒加气砌块的生产工艺,根据陶粒加气砌块的制备现状,从原料、工艺、设备三方面提出了改进意见。
Abstract: Through the analysis of the chemical composition and physical properties of the silt of Yangtze River in Nantong, the requirements of the raw material which have been used to produce ceramsite have been discussed. The effects of ceramsite dosage and fly ash dosage on the performance of sediment ceramsite aerated concrete blocks have been analyzed. The compression strength and thermodynamic engineering performance of sediment ceramist aerated concrete blocks have been tested. The production technology of ceramsite and its aerated concrete blocks is introduced. According to the preparation status of ceramsite aerated concrete blocks, some suggestions have been put forward from the raw material, production technology and equipment.
