水胶比和温度对掺CaO膨胀熟料的水泥胶凝材料性能的影响

摘 要:通过对掺CaO膨胀熟料的水泥胶凝材料在不同水胶比和养护温度下的研究,探索其自由线膨胀和强度发展的规律。利用Avrami结晶反应动力学模型对不同温度下CaO膨胀熟料水化反应的水化程度进行拟合,得出不同水化反应温度下的水化反应速率常数。试验结果表明,在相同水胶比条件下,养护温度高,自由线膨胀率大,前期水化反应速率、水化程度大,抗压强度在14d之前随养护温度增大有所增大,后期强度随养护温度增大而减小;在温度一定的条件下,自由线膨胀率随水胶比增大而减小,抗压强度也表现出相同的规律。通过计算可得到30℃、40℃、60℃条件下水化反应速率常数分别为0.5989、0.8959、0.9735。
Abstract: By the research of cement cementitious materials doped with CaO expansion clinker in different water-binder ratios and curing temperatures, the laws of the free linear expansion and strength development are explored. Using Avrami crystallization reaction kinetics model to deal with the experimental results, the hydration reaction rate constants under different temperatures are obtained. The experimental results indicate that under the conditions of the same water-binder ratio, the higher curing temperature, the more free coefficient of linear expansion, pre-hydration reaction rate and degree of hydration increase, compressive strength increases with curing temperature before 14 days, the later strength with curing temperature decreases. With the water-binder ratio increasing, the free coefficient of linear expansion reduces, compressive strength also shows the same law. By calculating, under the conditions of 30℃、40℃、60℃, the hydration reaction rate constants are 0.5989, 0.8959 and 0.9735.
