脱硫石膏对高性能混凝土性能影响研究

摘 要:在高性能混凝土中掺入矿渣微粉、粉煤灰等掺合料改善混凝土相关性能的基础上,采用脱硫石膏替代部分粉煤灰,改变混凝土中胶凝材料SO3含量,研究其对混凝土工作性能、力学性能和收缩性能的影响。试验结果表明,脱硫石膏(SO3)掺量在一定范围内时,可改善混凝土的工作性能和力学性能,并显著减少混凝土各龄期的累计收缩率。
Abstract: Based on the high performance concrete mixed with fly ash and slag powder to improve its performances, the desulphurization gypsum is substituted some fly ash to change the SO3 amount of cementitious material in concrete, and the effects of the desulphurization gypsum on the workability, mechanical property and shrinkage of concrete are researched. The experimental results show that when the amount of desulphurization gypsum (SO3) is appropriate, it can improve the workability and mechanical property of concrete, and obviously reduce the accumulative shrinkage rate of concrete at each age.
