纳米SiO2钢纤维补偿收缩混凝土力学性能的试验分析

摘 要:对不同百分比掺量的纳米SiO2和钢纤维做了正交试验,进行了7d,28d抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度试验研究。结果表明,掺入纳米SiO2能显著提高混凝土早期抗压强度,掺量为1.2%时抗压强度提高24.5%。掺入钢纤维能显著提高混凝土劈裂抗拉强度,钢纤维体积率掺量达到1.6%时劈裂抗拉强度提高78.6%。纳米SiO2和钢纤维的复合掺入,可显著优化补偿收缩混凝土的力学性能。
Abstract: Taking different percentage of dosage of nano-SiO2 and steel fibers for orthogonal tests, the results of compressive strength and resistance to splitting strength for 7d, 28d have been analyzed. The results show that adding nanometer SiO2 can remarkably improve the early compressive strength of concrete, when mixing content is 1.2%, the compressive strength can increase 24.5%. Adding steel fiber can remarkably improve the concrete resistance to splitting strength, when mixing content is 1.6%, the resistance to splitting strength can increase 78.6%. The shrinkage compensating concrete mechanical properties can significantly optimized through the mixing of nano-SiO2 and steel fiber.
