摘 要:以江阴某发电厂排放的烟气脱硫石膏为原料,再加工热处理后,研究热处理脱硫石膏水化体系的强度和凝结时间。结果显示,再加工处理温度达150℃时,相应水化体系的施工性能和力学强度较优。采用XRD、DTA/TG、FTIR法分析各再加工热处理石膏水化体系的水化过程发现,二水石膏为各体系中主要的水化产物,且随着石膏再加工温度的不同,各项微观性能测试特征也有所不同,其结果体现与宏观力学强度的变化规律一致。 Abstract:Flue gas desulfurization gypsum from a power plant in Jiangyin was processed by heat treatment, and the strength and setting time of hydration system with heat-treated desulfurization gypsum were studied. The results show that when the processing temperature is up to 150℃, construction performance and mechanical strength of the corresponding hydration system are better. By using the analyze methods of XRD, DTA/TG and FTIR, hydration process of hydration system with heat-treated gypsum can be determinated, and it can be shown that hydration product of the waste gypsum is mainly dihydrate gypsum. With the changing of processing temperature of the waste gypsum, the micro performances of hydration system are different, and the change law is in accordance with that of mechanical property.

摘  要:将铁尾矿砂代替天然河砂制备水泥砂浆,通过测试其浆体性能、力学性能、耐久性能等指标,分析了铁尾矿水泥砂浆的材料特性。试验结果表明,在相同配合比条件下,铁尾矿砂浆比天然河砂砂浆流动性降低,而表观密度、抗压强度和弹性模量更高。水养条件下,铁尾矿砂浆发生膨胀,而天然河砂砂浆收缩。自然干燥状态下,两类试件均发生明显收缩现象。50次冻融循环及酸、碱溶液浸泡下,铁尾矿砂浆表现出较好的抗冻性和耐酸碱侵蚀性。随铁尾矿中可磁选颗粒含量增加,铁尾矿水泥胶砂试件早期力学性能提高,28d龄期时则降低。28d龄期时不含可磁选颗粒的铁尾矿水泥胶砂试件具有更高的无害孔含量,有利于提高力学性能。Abstract:Ironoretailingssand(IOTS)wasusedtopreparecementmortarbyreplacingnatureriversand,andmortarpropertiessuchasstrengthsanddurabilityweretexted.Theresultsshowthatapparentdensity,compressivestrengthandelasticmodulusofIOTSmortarmadebythesamemixproportionaregreaterthanthatofnatureriversandmortarexceptforlowerfluidity.SizeexpansionofIOTSmortaroccurscomparedtosizeshrinkageofnatureriversandmortarunderwatercuring,howeversignificantsizeshrinkageoccurstobothofmortarsundernaturaldrying.IOTSmortarcanstanddeteriorationof50freeze-thawcyclingandhavegreatacid-alkalicorrosionresistant.WithincreasingofmagneticgranulescontentinIOTS,mechanicalpropertiesofmortarsinearlyperiodincrease,but28dstrengthofmortarsdecreases.IOTSmortarsexcludingallmagneticgranulesareadvantageoustothemechanicalpropertyduetohighamountofharmlessporesat28days.

摘 要:在采用矿渣粉和粉煤灰复掺的基础上,以钢渣粉等比例取代矿渣粉,研究钢渣粉对混凝土工作性能、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、微观结构和水化产物的影响。结果表明, 钢渣粉与矿渣粉复掺有利于提高混凝土的流动性、抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,掺钢渣粉混凝土微观结构致密,钢渣粉水化速度介于矿渣粉和粉煤灰之间。 Abstract: Based on the double mixing of the fly ash and slag powders, the influence of steel slag powder on the working performance, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, microstructure and hydration products of concrete are studied by replacing slag powders with an equal proportion of steel slag powder. The results show that the double mixing of the fly ash and slag powders can improve the liquidity, compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete. The microstructure of concrete with steel slag powder is compact. The hydration speed of steel slag powder is between that of slag powder and fly ash.

摘 要:以浙江移动杭州分公司营业中心项目主体结构3.6m预应力梁悬挑结构为例,介绍了采用低松驰高强钢铰线解决悬挑结构的配筋问题。施工中采用性能优良的QM锚具和QMJ挤压锚具,保证了工程质量,提高了层高的净空问题,满足了项目的实际需求。 Abstract: Taking the main structure prestressed beam with 3.6m long cantilever structure of the Zhejiang mobile Hangzhou branch business center project as an example, using low relaxation and high strength steel hinge line to solve some reinforcement problems of cantilever structure are introduced. It’s indicated that using QM anchorage and QMJ extrusion anchorage with excellent performances can ensure the engineering quality, improve the height clearance problems and meet the needs of the project in the construction.

The structural calculation and tests are done, and effective solutions are put forward.

摘 要:分析了膨胀珍珠岩生产的基本原理,探讨了温度、颗粒分布等因素对膨胀珍珠岩生产过程及产品质量的影响。通过分析研究认为,温度和颗粒分布是保证膨胀珍珠岩质量的决定性因素,风量等则是影响产品质量的重要因素。 Abstract: The basic principle of the expanded perlite production is analyzed, and the influences of temperature, size distribution etc. on the production process and quality of expanded perlite are discussed. Through the analysis and research, it is indicated that temperature and size distribution are the decisive factors ensuring the quality of expanded perlite, and the quantity of air is the important factor influencing the quality of expanded perlite.

摘  要:采用正交试验的方法研究了以水镁石纤维为增强材料的新型外墙保温砂浆制备工艺技术问题。研究发现,纤维规格对砂浆抗压强度、抗折强度及密度均有较大影响,珍珠岩用量对砂浆导热系数影响最大,而纤维用量是线收缩率的主要影响因素。水镁石纤维保温砂浆的最佳水平搭配为:珍珠岩用量为水泥量的1.1倍,采用X规格纤维,纤维用量为水泥量的4%。在研究的三个规格水镁石纤维中,X型的纤维对砂浆的强度最有利,对应的砂浆流动性较大,砂浆硬化体密度也较大,线收缩率最小。随纤维用量增加,砂浆的强度和导热系数增加,干密度先上升后下降,线收缩率先减小后增加。随珍珠岩用量增加,砂浆的强度和导热系数降低,线收缩率增加,干密度先下降后上升。纤维规格对砂浆性能的影响与纤维的长度分布有关,纤维过长或过短,均不利于纤维对砂浆增强作用的发挥。Abstract:Adoptedthemethodoforthogonaltest,themanufactureprocessandtechnologyofanew-typeinsulationmortarwhichisusedthebrucitefiberasareinforcingmaterialarediscussed.Theresearchindicatesthatfibertypeshavegreaterimpactonmortarcompressivestrength,flexuralstrengthanddensity,perlitedosageisthebiggestinfluenceonmortarthermalconductivity,andthefibercontentisthemainfactoraffectingthelinearshrinkagerate.Theappropriatemixofthebrucitefiberinsulationmortar:perlite-to-cementratiois1.1,X-typefiber,andthefibercontentofcementvolumeis4%.Intheresearchofthethreetypesbrucitefiber,Xfiberismostfavorabletomortarstrength,thecorrespondingmortarfluidityisgreat,bulkdensityisalsobiggerandthelinearshrinkagerateisminimum.Withthefiberdosageincrease,thestrengthandthermalconductivityincrease,drydensityfirstincreasesandthendecreases,linearshrinkagefirstdecreasesandthenincreases.Withtheperlitedosageincrease,thestrengthandthermalconductivitydecrease,linearshrinkageincreases,drydensityfirstdecreasesandthenincreases.Fiberlengthgreatlyinfluencesonmortarperformances:toolongortooshortfiberarenotconducivetoitsreinforcedroleonmortar.

摘 要:以废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料颗粒制成的各向同性圆环体型块作为楼板芯体材料,定义型块与楼板长边静距和短边静距为不变参数,楼板两个方向型块间现浇混凝土肋宽和混凝土体积置换率为可变参数,设计了六组不同结构布置填充板梁支撑体系的数值算例,并进行了有限元分析。数值模拟结果表明,可变参数的变化对结构变形和应力分布规律的影响不大,对节点应力值大小较变形值大小影响显著,在相同混凝土体积置换率情况下,增加楼板长向混凝土肋宽有利于结构整体变形。 Abstract: To take isotropic torus blocks made by disused polystyrene foam plastic particle as the core material of the floor, to define the distance between blocks and the floor edges in the long side and short side as invariant parameters, and also to define cast-in-situ concrete rib width in the two sides and the volume replacement rate as variable parameters, the six different numerical examples of the filled floor supported with beams are designed, and they are analyzed by the finite element method. The numerical simulation results show that the distribution laws of the deformation and stress are hardly influenced but have a significant impact to stress values compared with deformation values, in addition, with the same concrete volume replacement rate, it’s more conductive to the integral deformation to enlarge concrete rib width in the long side.

摘 要:蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土复合砌块是一种热工性能良好的非承重墙体材料。本文对其力学性能进行了试验研究,试验结果表明,蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土复合砌块的整体抗压强度、内叶块抗压强度及沿块体厚度方向的连接强度满足相关规范要求,且受拉时最易破坏的是聚苯板与砌块交界处的聚合物粘结砂浆,作为保温层的聚苯板的表观密度与压缩强度满足相关规范要求。 Abstract: Autoclaved fly-ash aerated concrete composite block is a non-bearing wall material with good thermal performance. Its mechanical properties are tested in this paper. The test results show that the overall compressive strength, the leaf blocks compressive strength and the connection strength along the thickness direction of autoclaved fly-ash aerated concrete composite block can meet the relevant regulatory requirements. It would damage most easily in the junction of polystyrene board and polymer adhesive mortar when tensioned. As insulation, the apparent density and compressive strength of polystyrene board can meet the relevant regulatory requirements.
