利用尾矿砂制备超高性能水泥基复合材料的研究

摘 要:通过大掺量超细工业废渣、尾矿砂部分取代普通砂及采用普通工艺成功制备了不同配合比的超高性能水泥基复合材料,分别测试了其在不同龄期下的抗压强度和抗折强度,并对其弯曲荷载-挠度曲线进行了分析,讨论了尾矿砂对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,尾矿砂的适量加入可以提高超高性能水泥基复合材料的的力学强度,且在钢纤维的协同作用下表现出良好的韧性。
Abstract: Three kinds of ultra-high performance cementitious composites (UHPCCs) are successfully prepared by substitution of ultra-fine industrial waste for large quantity of cement, substitution of tailing sands for common river sands and using the conventional technology. The compressive strength and flexural strength of UHPCCs at different curing times are tested. The flexural load-deflection curves are analyzed. The influence of tailing sands on the mechanical performance of UHPCCs is discussed. The results show that proper tailing sands are benefit for the increase of the mechanical performance of UHPCCs, and make UHPCCs having excellent toughness with the interaction of the steel fiber.
