预应力等径活性粉末混凝土电杆的设计研究

摘 要:针对活性粉末混凝土(以下简称RPC)的力学性能特点,通过理论推导分析,提出了预应力RPC电杆的承载力计算方法,给出了相应参数的建议取值范围。对500kV预应力RPC电杆进行了设计,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了有限元模型,对不同工况下预应力等径RPC双杆的受力性能及变形性能进行了有限元分析,分析结果验证了该设计方法的有效性。
Abstract:According to mechanical properties of reactive powder concrete(hereinafter referred to as RPC)and the theory analysis, an unified formula for calculating ultimate bearing strength of equal-diameter prestressed RPC pole is deduced, and the suggestion ranges of relevant parameters are proposed. The 500kV prestressed RPC poles are designed, and finite element models of the poles are established by ANSYS software. The finite element analysis on stress and deflection of prestressed RPC double poles in different work conditions are carried out. The finite element analysis results show that the design method is effective for the prestessed RPC poles.
