岩溶地区桩基混凝土强度推定方法的研究

摘 要: 以大型桩基工程作为研究对象,通过声波透射法与钻芯法综合检测,建立基于声波波速的桩身混凝土强度专用测强曲线,根据波速尽早推定桩身混凝土的强度。对比预留的标准养护立方体试件和钻芯取样所得的桩体混凝土试件的抗压强度值,并建立两者的相关关系进而推定出桩身混凝土的强度。经过检验证实了这两种推定桩身混凝土强度的方法是切实可行的,特别是通过测强曲线尽早推定桩身混凝土强度,实现了信息化施工,增强了工程质量的监控。
Abstract: Based on the large pile foundation project, the f-c curve was fitted by the data of velocity of ultrasonic wave and compressive strength of concrete tested by cross-hole sonic logging and core drilling method on the piles. The aim is the concrete strength of piles can be early predicted by the wave velocity. In addition, comparing the compressive strength of the cube specimens with the standard condition curing and concrete specimens of pile body by core drilling methods, the relationship between the two compressive strengths is set to infer the compressive strength for real piles. The test results show that these inferring methods in this project are effective, especially it can predict the concrete strength of the underwater piles as early as possible by the f-c curve. The technology can realize the information construction and strengthen the supervision of construction quality.
