低电压下钢纤维石墨导电混凝土升温性能研究

摘 要:在混凝土中掺加钢纤维和石墨制备道路桥梁融雪除冰用导电混凝土,并在36V人体安全电压作用下进行升温实验,得出不同配合比导电混凝土升温性能曲线,通过对比分析发现,混合掺加钢纤维和石墨材料比单独使用一种材料的升温性能要好,其中掺加质量分数为2%钢纤维加1.67%石墨的导电混凝土升温性能最优,且抗压强度满足设计要求。
Abstract: A type of conductive concrete containing steel fiber and graphite is developed for heating and deicing. For the purpose of observing the heating performance of the conductive concrete, an heating experiment is conducted at 36V which is an safe voltage for human body. The results of experiment show that the heating performance of the concrete both adding steel fiber and graphite is better than that of the concrete only containing steel fiber or graphite. And the conductive concrete containing 2% steel fiber and 1.67% graphite has the best heating performance, and the compressive strength of the concrete satisfies the design requirements as well.
