防辐射大体积混凝土温度场及温度应力有限元分析及应用

摘 要:以经典的热传导方程为理论基础,采用ANSYS间接耦合分析方法,对某医院放疗楼18MeV医用直线加速器机房防辐射混凝土浇注完成后温度场及温度应力进行了有限元数值模拟分析,并与实测数据对比,得出此种方法可使温度场及温度应力的计算结果更接近真实值,并为防辐射大体积混凝土设计和施工过程中采取有效的防裂措施提供指导性意见。
Abstract:Based on the classical heat conduction formula, using the ANSYS indirect coupling analysis method, the finite element numerical simulating analysis and calculation are carried out for the temperature filed and temperature stress of the radiation concrete after completing pouring of the 18MeV medical linear accelerator room of a hospital radiotherapy house in Jiangsu. By comparing the calculated data with measured data, it's found that the calculation values of the temperature filed and temperature stress of the mass concrete using this method motioned above can be close to the true values, and it can provide some guiding advices for the effective crack control measures of the radiation mass concrete in the design and construction process.
