氟石膏胶凝材料的改性研究

摘 要:利用物理改性和化学改性对氟石膏进行处理,考察了物理改性和化学改性对氟石膏性能的影响,并运用XRD、SEM等手段测试了改性后氟石膏的物相组成和微观形貌,探讨了物理改性和化学改性的作用机理。结果表明,物理改性和化学改性有效激发了氟石膏的活性;物理改性降低了无水硫酸钙晶体的晶粒度和结构规则性,增大了氟石膏的比表面积,氟石膏最佳比表面积为4600~4900cm2/g;化学改性促进了氟石膏的水化和二水硫酸钙晶体的生长,增大了二水硫酸钙晶体的晶粒度和长径比,有效激发了氟石膏的强度。
Abstract: By modifying fluorgypsum using physical and chemical methods, the effects of physical modification and chemical modification on the performance of fluorgypsum were studied. The phase composition and microstructure of modified fluorgypsum were charactered by XRD and SEM, and the mechanisms of the two modification methods were discussed. The results show that fluorgypsum activity is excited effectively using physical modification and chemical modification. Physical modification can reduce the grain sizes and structure regularity of CaSO4, increase the specific surface area of fluorgypsum, and the optimum range of specific surface area is 4600~4900cm2/g. Chemical modification can accelerate fluorgypsum hydration and CaSO4·2H2O growth, and increase the grain sizes and aspect ratios of CaSO4·2H2O, meanwhile, it can also enhance effectively the strength of fluorgypsum.
