摘 要:近年来发展起来一种机械锚固方式——垫板与螺帽合一的新型锚固板,将其与钢筋组装后形成钢筋锚固板具有良好的锚固性能,并且螺纹连接可靠、方便,用它代替传统的弯折钢筋锚固和直钢筋锚固可以节约钢材,方便施工。采取锚固板机械锚固施工,不仅可以减少钢筋的使用量及人工清槽的土方量,还可提高土方开挖效率,增强钢筋锚固性能,同时改善基础底板防水环境。
Abstract: In recent years, the development of a mechanical anchorage, and the steel assembly formed after reinforcement anchorage plate has good anchoring performance, the thread connection is reliable and convenient. When instead of traditional and straight steel bar anchorage can save steel and convenient construction. In addition, after anchorage plate mechanical anchorage construction, it can directly reduce the amount of rebar and the earthwork volume of artificial clearance, improve the efficiency of earthwork excavation, enhance the anchorage performance of steel bar and improve the waterproofing environment of the foundation floor.
