秸秆掺量对玻化微珠-小麦秸秆复合保温砂浆性能的影响

摘 要:在前期正交试验配合比的基础上,进行单掺小麦秸秆试验,研究了小麦秸秆掺量对复合保温砂浆干密度、抗压强度、抗折强度、折压比、线收缩率、导热系数、吸水率等性能指标的影响。试验结果显示,随秸秆掺量增加,保温砂浆干密度、抗压强度、抗折强度、折压比先增大后减小,导热系数减小,保温性能增强。秸秆掺量为24%时,各项性能指标除干密度外基本能满足Ⅱ型保温砂浆要求。对于掺有小麦秸秆的保温砂浆,导热系数与吸水率相关性强,相关系数为0.934,可以由保温砂浆的吸水率来估算其导热系数。为玻化微珠-小麦秸秆复合保温砂浆配合比进一步优化提供了依据。
Abstract: On the basis of orthogonal test for the mix proportion, the single factor test of wheat straw is carried out. The effects of wheat straw dosage on the performances of insulation mortar are studied, such as dry density, compressive strength, flexural strength, folding pressure ratio, line shrinkage ratio, coefficient of heat conductivity and water absorption rate. Test results show that with straw dosage increasing, the dry density, compressive strength, flexural strength and folding pressure ratio of thermal insulation mortar first increase, then decrease. The coefficient of thermal conductivity decreases, and the thermal insulation performance enhances. When the straw content is 24%, the various performance indexes can meet the basic requirements of Ⅱ type insulation mortar except the dry density. For the insulation mortar with wheat straw, the coefficient of thermal conductivity is relative to the water absorption rate, and the correlation coefficient is 0.934. The water absorption rate of thermal insulation mortar can estimate the coefficient of thermal conductivity, which provide a basis for further optimization study for the mix proportion of the glazed hollow beads insulation mortar with the wheat straw.
