空腹复合现浇楼板理论及施工工艺应用研究

摘 要:为了解决大跨度、大空间现浇厚楼板的缺点,在楼板内永久放置BZS模盒,形成空腔。该工艺不但能提高楼板保温和隔音效果,而且可减轻结构自重,节省材料,提高抗震性能。本文介绍了内置BZS模盒现浇楼板的施工工艺、设计特点和施工操作关键技术及质量控制点。
Abstract: In order to solve the defects of large span or large space cast-in-place thick floor, the BZS module box can be installed in the floor permanently to form a cavity. The technology can improve insulation and sound-proofing effects of the cast-in-place floor with the structural weight reducing, material saving and seismic performance improving. In addition, the construction technology, design features, key technologies of construction operation and quality controlling points of the cast-in-place floor with built-in BSZ die boxes built in are introduced.
