聚丙烯纤维混凝土及其在环形超长无缝结构中的应用

摘 要:在介绍纤维混凝土的分类及其特征的基础上,分析了基于“以抗为主”策略的聚丙烯纤维增强混凝土的机理与效果,指出了聚丙烯纤维能有效阻止塑性及硬化早期混凝土收缩裂缝的产生和发展,能提高和增强混凝土抗裂、抗渗等方面的性能。基于聚丙烯纤维混凝土的工程应用范围和部位,给出了聚丙烯纤维混凝土施工工艺。
Abstract: Based on the introduction of the classification and characteristics of fiber reinforced concrete, the mechanism and the effect of polypropylene fibers reinforced concrete based on "Anti-based" strategy are analyzed, and it is showed that polypropylene fiber can effectively prevent the plastic and early hardening shrinkage cracks of concrete, improve and enhance the concrete anti-cracking, anti-permeability and other aspects of performance. Based on the engineering application areas and sites of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete, the construction technology of polypropylene fibers reinforced concrete is given.
