摘 要:介绍了我国混凝土无损检测技术在1960~1968年期间,在实验室研究、测定水泥强度、混凝土抗冻性、水泥抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能等方面的研究成果。并论述了我国首次采用超声波法、回弹仪法对南京长江大桥部分引桥、江苏万福闸闸墩、吉林丰满电站大坝坝体等大型基础设施混凝土质量进行现场检测的情况。同时,对我国今后混凝土无损检验的研究与发展提出了建议。 Abstract: During 1960~1968s, the research result of concrete non-destructive inspection technology about experimental research, cement strength test, concrete freezing resistance and cement anti-sulfate corrosion in China were introduced in this paper. Some large infrastructures such as Nanjing Yangtze part approach bridge, Jiangsu Wanfu pier and Jilin Fengman power station dam body were introduced for quality test by ultrasonic method and resiliometer in China. Meanwhile, the research and development of Chinese concrete non-destructive inspection are suggested.

摘 要:对比研究了砂和硅藻土分别作为主要硅质材料生产纤维增强硅酸钙板的模块及中试产品性能差异。结果表明,硅藻土可作为主要硅质材料生产低密度硅钙板,最佳掺入量为50%;在工艺设计中应针对其特性,宜设置粉磨过筛工艺,同时要考虑提高脱水机烘干效率。 Abstract:The fiber reinforced calcium silicate boards are produced by using sand or diatomite as the main siliceous material, and the performance difference between the two kinds of products is compared and analyze. The results show that the diatomite as a main siliceous material can produce the low density calcium silicon board and the optimum content is 50%;In technical design, it’s necessary to set the grinding sieving process and enhance the drying efficiency of dewaterers at the same time.

摘 要:研究了掺加建筑垃圾的混凝土骨料制备的路用透水型彩色再生混凝土的抗冻融性能、抗碳化性能和耐磨性能与水胶比、聚丙烯纤维掺量、及颜料掺量的关系。结果表明,水胶比对路用透水型彩色再生混凝土的冻融性能、碳化性能和耐磨性能均有明显的影响;掺加矿渣对路用透水型彩色再生混凝土的冻融性能有较明显的有利的影响,对碳化性能和耐磨性有不利的影响。适量添加聚丙烯纤维对混凝土耐磨性能和冻融性能有一定有利影响,但掺加太多有不利影响,掺聚丙烯使透水性能显著降低,对碳化性能无明显影响。颜料掺量对彩色再生透水混凝土的透水性能、冻融性能、碳化性能和耐磨性能等耐久性能方面无明显的影响。 Abstract: The permeable color recycled road concrete for medium traffic road is prepared by adding the construction waste, and the relationship of between the durability property of the concrete and some preparation condition is studied by the orthogonal test. The result shows that the water-binder ratio has an obvious effect on freezing-thawing, carbonation and wear-resisting of the concrete; adding the slag can enhance freezing-thawing and wear-resisting properties of the concrete, but isn’t good for the carbonation and wear-resisting properties of the concrete; adding polypropylene fiber has a favorable effect on freezing-thawing and wear-resisting properties of the concrete in a certain content, but has no obvious effect on carbonation. In addition, pigment content almost has no effect on the durability property of concrete.

摘 要:将高温处理后的造纸污泥焚烧灰(PA)用作混凝土矿物掺合料,研究了其等量替代普通硅酸盐水泥后对水泥强度等级及对混凝土工作性、抗压强度以及抗折强度的影响。研究表明,不经处理的PA对混凝土的工作性和力学性能有不利影响;经过球磨处理的造纸污泥焚烧灰具有较高的火山灰活性,当平均粒径低于100μm时可以等量取代硅酸盐水泥而不降低水泥的强度等级,并且对混凝土的力学性能有积极作用。 Abstract: As a mineral addition, the paper mill ash (PA) after high temperature treatment is used to prepare concrete. The effect of PA which substitutes the equivalent content for Portland cement on the strength of Portland cement, the workability, compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete is studied. The results indicate that PA untreated has negative effect to the workability and mechanical properties of concrete. The grounded PA has a high pozzolanic activity. Equal replacement of Portland cement by grounded PA will not decrease the strength of cement when the average particle size is less than 100μm. Meanwhile, it is beneficial to the mechanical properties of concrete.

摘 要:对上海地区三种满足建筑节能65%要求的自保温墙体系统(陶粒混凝土小型空心砌块自保温墙体、蒸压加气混凝土砌块自保温墙体、环保型淤泥烧结多孔砖自保温墙体)进行了内部冷凝情况研究。结果表明,采用无机保温砂浆作为辅助保温时,三种自保温墙体系统内部均不会出现冷凝现象。这有助于在分析三种自保温墙体热工性能和使用寿命的影响因素时,排除墙体内部冷凝产生的不利影响,并对研判自保温墙体系统使用安全具有积极的指导作用。 Abstract: The condensation phenomenon occurring in three kinds of self heat-insulation systems (shale concrete block self heat-insulation system, autoclaved aerated concrete block self heat-insulation system, environmental protection type silt sintered porous brick self heat-insulation system) which are applied in Shanghai area and meet 65% building energy saving requirement is studied in this paper. The results show that no condensation phenomenon occurs in three kinds of self heat-insulation systems as the inorganic thermal insulation mortar is used as aided heat-insulation material. This conclusion is helpful to eliminate the adverse effect caused by condensation phenomenon when the influencing factors of wall thermal performance and service life are analyzed, and it plays a good guiding role in judging the service safety of self heat-insulation systems.

摘 要:对泵送玻化微珠保温混凝土的坍落度损失问题及解决方案进行了分析,通过在减水剂中掺入不同量引气剂和缓凝剂进行了玻化微珠保温混凝土坍落度损失试验,并确定了最优掺量。试验结果表明,引气剂最佳掺量为2‰,缓凝剂为2%。该掺量下坍落度为255mm;1h坍落度损失为15mm;28d抗压强度为35.9MPa。解决了玻化微珠保温混凝土泵送过程中的坍落度损失问题和凝结时间问题。 Abstract: In order to apply the glazed hollow bead insulation concrete to the engineering better, its slump loss problem and the related solution are studied. The slump test of the concrete is carried out by mixing the air-entraining agent and retarder in the water reducer, and the optimal dosages of addition agents are determined. The result indicates that the optimal dosages of the air-entraining agent and retarder are respectively 2‰ and 2%. Using the optimal mix proportion, the slump of the concrete can reach 255mm, and its slump loss is 15mm after 1h, the 28d compressive strength of the concrete is 35.9MPa, which solves the problems of the slump loss and the setting time during the pumping construction process.

摘 要:对N型混凝土自保温空心砌块进行了热学参数计算和ANSYS传热模拟,并对比计算和模拟结果,分析出采用N型设计,可阻断热桥传递,提高砌体热阻,从而获得更好的热工性能。 Abstract: The thermal parameters of N-type self-insulation concrete hollow block are calculated and heat transfer of the block is simulated using the ANSYS software. Then the calculation results and simulation results are compared and analyzed. It shows that using N-type design, the heat bridge transfer is interdicted, and thermal resistance of the block is improved, so a better thermal performance is achieved.

摘 要:以高强箍筋约束高强混凝土短柱试验为基础,研究了普通强度与高强箍筋在构件破坏过程中,箍筋强度和箍筋间距对短柱构件骨架曲线的影响。研究结果可为高强箍筋约束高强混凝土构件的应用提供理论基础,并对钢筋混凝土结构的抗震设计提供参考价值。 Abstract: Based on the experiment on high strength concrete column confined with high-strength stirrup, the influence of stirrup strength and stirrup spacing on skeleton curve of the ordinary strength and high-strength stirrup concrete components during the whole failure process of the components are studied. And the results show that it not only can provide the necessary theoretical basis for application of high-strength stirrup confined concrete, but can give good reference value to the seismic design of reinforced concrete structure.
