发泡水泥孔结构的影响因素研究

摘 要:对发泡水泥孔结构的影响因素进行了系统研究。结果表明,水料比、增稠剂、防水剂和粉煤灰掺量是影响发泡水泥孔结构的主要因素,通过改变水料比、增稠剂和防水剂掺量可实现发泡水泥孔径的控制。发泡水泥抗压强度与孔径密切相关,并非孔径越大或越小,抗压强度越高,最佳孔径存在一个范围。提出了具有较高抗压强度和适宜孔径的发泡水泥配合比。
Abstract: The effecting factors of foamed cement pore structure are systematically researched. The results indicate that the water cement ratio, thickening agent, waterproofing agent and fly ash dosage are the main factors affecting the pore structure of foamed cement. Through changing the water cement ratio, thickening agent and waterproofing agent dosage, the pore size of foamed cement can be controlled. The compressive strength of foamed cement is relative to the pore size, and the optimum pore size has a certain range. The mix proportion of foamed cement is proposed which has higher compressive strength and proper pore size.
