摘 要：针对石碴在压制成型水泥基材料中的应用进行研究，探索了不同掺量的石碴（等量取代河砂）对水泥基材料抗折强度、吸水率和抗冻融等性能的影响规律。研究结果表明，随石碴掺量的增加，水泥基材料抗折强度先增大后减小，吸水率则呈减小趋势，抗冻融性能变差；当石碴掺量为0～40%时，水泥基材料满足GB/T 50082—2009中D25抗冻等级指标要求。并对其机理进行了分析。
Abstract: According to the search of crushed sand application in cement-based materials, the flexural strength, water absorption and durability of cement-based materials with crushed sand (CBM-CS) produced by pressed forming are studied in this paper. The sand is replaced with crushed sand in this test. The flexural strength of CBM-CS firstly increase and then declines, and the water absorption decreases all the time with the sand weight replaced by crushed sand increased from 0% to 100%, and the freezing-thaw cycle resistance deteriorates, but meets norm specification, and the freezing-thaw cycle resistance of cement-base materials（dosage of crushed sand from 0% to 40%） meet D25 frost resisting class indication in GB/T 50082—2009《Standard for test methods of long-term performance and durability of ordinary concrete》. And its mechanism is analyzed.
