活性粉末混凝土制备试验研究

摘 要:研究了活性粉末混凝土(RPC)各组分掺量对其流动度和抗压强度的影响,并对90℃热水养护和90℃蒸汽养护两种养护方式进行了研究。结果表明,水胶比为0.21、硅灰掺量为0.35、石英粉掺量为0.27、石英砂掺量为0.78、粉煤灰取代量为0.3时,可以得到流动度与强度均较好的活性粉末混凝土;90℃蒸汽养护下试件强度较90℃热水养护稍有提高,在3d龄期时强度提高了2.2%。
Abstract: The influences of each component dosage on the fluidity and compressive strength of reactive powder concrete (RPC) are researched. And the effect of curing modes on strength of RPC is also investigated. Results indicate that when water-binder ratio is 0.21 and cement: silica fume: fly ash: quartz sand: quartz powder=0.7: 0.35: 0.3: 0.78: 0.27, the fluidity and strength of RPC will be better. And the compressive strength of the specimens subjected to a 90℃ steam curing is a little higher than those cured in hot water at 90℃. Compared to the specimens cured in hot water at 90℃, the compressive strength of specimens subjected to a 90℃ steam curing increases 2.2% after 3 days curing.
