硅灰与高温损伤对PVA-SHCC单轴拉伸性能影响试验研究

摘 要:对掺入硅灰及未掺硅灰的两组水泥砂浆试件做了单轴拉伸性能试验,结果表明,单方掺入50kg的硅灰大幅度提高了试件的强度,但对试件的极限应变影响不大;同时,模拟了PVA-SHCC在实际工程应用中所面临不同温度的影响,选取6个(20℃、50℃、100℃、150℃、200℃、300℃)温度,对试件进行了2h的温度损伤处理后进行单轴拉伸试验,结果表明,SHCC极限拉应变随着温度的升高而成下降趋势,但在≤200℃极限应变仍在1.2%以上。
Abstract: Uniaxial tension performance was tested on the two groups of cement mortar specimens with and without silica fume. The results show that adding 50kg/m3silica fume can significantly enhance the strength of the specimen, but it does not have much effect on the ultimate tensile strain of the specimen. For imitating the effect of different temperatures on PVA-SHCC in practical applications, PVA-SHCC are respectively exposed to 6 kinds of temperatures(20℃, 50℃, 100℃, 150℃, 200℃, 300℃)for 2h to test the uniaxial tension strain. The test result indicate that the ultimate tension strain reduces gradually with the increasing of temperature, but it still can be more than 1.2% when the temperature is greater than or equal to 200℃.
