超强韧性聚丙烯纤维混凝土工作度的液化机理设计与自修复 功能研究

摘 要:利用液化机理研究了具有应变强化和多重裂纹破坏特征的超强韧性聚丙烯纤维混凝土的配合比设计。使得水泥基复合材料的工作度和力学性能在施工现场大批量生产条件下与实验室内小规模生产条件下保持接近。通过不同颗粒级配的控制、混合次序、时间间隔的调整以及不同类型添加剂的使用,给出了生产应变强化功能的超强韧性纤维混凝土材料的方法。最后研究了拉伸试件多重裂纹破坏后的自修复现象。
Abstract: According to the liquefaction mechanism, the design of mix proportion of PP Ultra Ductile FRC with the characters of strain-hardening and multiple cracks is carried out. The workability and mechanical property of the concrete produced massively at the construction field can close to these properties of the same kind of concrete produced in the small-scale production laboratory. By controlling the particle graduation, mixing sequence, space of time and addictive types, the manufacture method of self-consolidating ECC is put forward. In addition, after breaking the multiple cracks of the tensile specimen, its self-repairing phenomenon is also studied.
