复掺锰渣微粉与粉煤灰干混砂浆的试验研究

摘 要:研究了锰渣微粉和粉煤灰两种工业废渣作为矿物掺合料在干混砂浆中的应用。探讨了单掺锰渣微粉及锰渣微粉与粉煤灰不同比例复掺对砂浆工作性能及强度的影响,并对试样的微观结构进行了分析。试验结果表明,锰渣微粉掺量在20%左右,锰渣与粉煤灰最适宜复掺比例为6:4。
Abstract: The two industrial waste residues of manganese slag powder and fly ash as mineral admixtures applied to the dry-mix mortar is studied. The influences of the single doped manganese slag powder, manganese slag powder and fly ash in different proportion of double mixing mortar on working performance and strength of mortar are discussed, and the micro structure of the specimens is analyzed. The test results show that when the manganese slag powder dosage is about 20%, the most suitable compound mixing proportion of manganese slag and fly ash is 6:4.
