镍铁渣是镍或镍铁合金冶炼过程中排出的固体废弃物[1],经水淬形成粒化炉渣。采用高炉生产工艺每生产1 t纯镍需要排出14 t左右的废渣[2]。我国镍铁渣年产量在3 000万t以上,成为继矿渣、钢渣、赤泥之后第四大冶炼工业废渣[3-4]。目前对于镍铁渣的处理多为简单堆存和填埋,造成了资源的浪费和环境污染。因此,开发镍铁渣的再利用具有重要意义。

Abstract: Simply replacing cement with ferronickel slag powder of the equal mass is often adverse to maintaining the concrete strength. Therefore, mix design of concrete containing a compound admixture of ferronickel slag-slag micro (F-S) powder (referred as F-S concrete hereafter) was investigated. The target concrete strength grade was C30 and C35, and the specified slump was 100~140 mm. This mix design consisted of the following three steps. Firstly, according to the tested 28 d compressive strength of the composite cement mortar with F-S powder content ranging from 10% to 50%, the strength reduction factor of composite cement mortar with different F-S powder content was defined. Secondly, the preliminary mix proportions of F-S concrete were calculated by the modified Bolomy’s formula. Thirdly, after several rounds of trial and adjustment, the final mix proportions of the target C30 and C35 F-S concrete were determined. Results from the experimental tests confirm the applicability of the proposed method to design the mix proportions of F-S concrete.
