摘 要:研究了经破碎后不同再生集料种类、掺入量、粉煤灰掺量三种因素对再生细石混凝土强度的影响。结果表明,混凝土再生集料所配制的C20再生细石混凝土的早期、后期强度可与天然细石混凝土强度相当,本试验条件下,混凝土再生集料取代率在60%时,试件的7d和28d抗压强度甚至比天然细石混凝土更高;砂浆再生集料和碎砖再生集料配制的再生细石混凝土的早期、后期强度均低于天然细石混凝土强度,且随着砂浆再生集料、碎砖再生集料取代率的增加而明显下降;掺有粉煤灰的再生细石混凝土掺量在20%以内时28d的抗压强度略高于未掺粉煤灰的再生细石混凝土强度。 Abstract: The effects of recycled aggregate types, the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate and fly ash after simple crushing on the compressive strength of recycled fine aggregate concrete are studied. The results show that early and later strengths of the C20 recycled fine concrete with concrete recycled fine aggregate are almost consistent with those of natural fine concrete. When the replacement ratio of concrete recycled fine aggregate is up to 60%, the 7d and 28d compressive strengths of the concrete are higher than those of natural fine concrete, but the early and later strengths of recycled fine aggregate concrete with mortar recycled aggregate or brick recycled aggregate are lower than those of natural fine concrete, and with the increasing of mortar or brick recycled aggregate contents, the strength of recycled fine aggregate concrete decreases significantly; when the replacement ratio of fly ash is within 20%, 28d compressive strength of recycled fine aggregate concrete is slightly higher than that of recycled fine aggregate concrete with fly ash.

摘  要:通过试验探讨了质量分数为5%的CaCl2对尾矿砂PVA水泥基复合材料抗压性能和抗弯性能的影响。结果表明,尾矿砂PVA水泥基复合材料具备良好的抗腐蚀效果,经腐蚀后材料试样破坏前依旧出现多裂缝现象,呈现韧性破坏特征并属于韧性材料,试验测知该材料经腐蚀后的预测拉伸应变为3.3%。Abstract:Throughexperiment,theeffectof5wt%CaCl2onthecompressiveperformanceandflexuralbehaviorofthetailorePVAcement-basedcompositesisdiscussed.TheresultsshowthatthetailorePVAcementbasecompositeshaveagoodcorrosionresistanceproperty.Aftercorrosionandbeforedestruction,materialsamplesstillappearmanycracks,andpresentductilefailurecharacteristics.Inaddition,it’spredictedthatthetensilestrainofthematerialaftercorrosionis3.3%baseonthetestresults.

摘 要:依照普通混凝土配合比的计算方法,并增加碎砖骨料经24h的附加水量,对不同碎砖骨料取代率(0,30%,50%和100%)的C20、C30和C40再生混凝土进行了配合比的设计;随着碎砖骨料取代率的增大,再生混凝土的抗压强度随之减小,当碎砖骨料取代率为50%时,再生混凝土的工作性和混凝土强度等指标达到最优;以碎砖骨料取代率为50%的再生混凝土试验数据为基础,回归得出了不同强度等级再生混凝土在不同龄期的抗压强度统一计算公式。 Abstract: According to the mix calculation method of normal concrete and increasing the additional water of brick aggregate after 24h, the mix proportions of C20, C30 and C40 recycled concrete in different brick aggregate replacement ratio (0%, 30%, 50% and 100%) are calculated. With the increasing of the brick aggregate contents, the compressive strength of recycled concrete decreases. When the brick aggregate replacement ratio is equal to 50%, the workability and the compressive strength can achieve the optimal result. Based on the test data of 50% brick aggregate replacement ratio, the unified compressive strength calculation formula is proposed for the different strength grade recycled concrete at different age. The calculation basis is provided for the prediction of early compressive strength.

The questions in the course of design and construction are systematically analyzed, through a reasonable set of parameters of the model and a comparison analysis on the mechanical and deformation performance.

摘 要:采用草砖、钢丝网砂浆及聚丙烯纤维砂浆协同作为承重墙体的各部分,有效增加了草砖墙体的承重效果,达到了承重、保温、装饰的统一。对原材料的选用、草砖自承重墙体的施工工艺进行了阐述,解决了草砖墙体自承重方面的难题。该工艺建造方式简单、速度快,能够承受较大的荷载,变形小,同时符合防火、抗震、节能、环保等要求。 Abstract: Taking straw brick, steel mesh mortar and polypropylene fiber mortar as parts of the body of a load-bearing wall can effectively increase the load-bearing properties of straw brick wall, which achieve the goals of load-bearing, insulation and decorative. The selection of raw materials, the construction technology of straw brick self-bearing walls are expounded. The problem of self-bearing wall is solved. The construction process is simple, fast, able to withstand large loads, and the deformation is small, meanwhile, it can also meet the fire performance, earthquake, energy saving and environmental protection requirements.

摘 要:利用废弃混凝土、陶粒为粗骨料,复合硅酸盐水泥并掺加粉煤灰、高效减水剂制成的轻质自保温砌块的新型墙体材料,具有轻质、造价低、高耐久性、高耐火性、保温隔热等特点,可有效改善墙体保温性能,满足寒冷地区节能标准的要求。 Abstract: Taking waste concrete and ceramicite as coarse aggregate, and adding the composite portland cement, fly ash and high-range water-reducing admixture, a new kind of wall material named lightweight self-conserving block are produced. The new kind block has great properties such as light weight, low cost, high durability, high fire resistance and heat-insulating, etc, and it can meet the demands of energy-efficiency standard in cold area.

摘 要:以青稞、玉米、水稻秸秆、木屑和镁质水泥为原料,在常温常压下制备镁质水泥轻质砌块,研究了制品的性能和特点。结果表明,青稞、玉米、水稻秸秆镁质水泥砌块力学性能优于木屑镁质水泥砌块,其中青稞秸秆镁质水泥砌块综合性能最优。 Abstract: Using barley、corn、rice straw、sawdust and magnesia cement as raw materials to produce light magnesia cement blocks at normal temperature in air, and the performance and characterizes of these cement products are studied. The experimental results show that the mechanical property of straw magnesia cement block is better than that of the sawdust magnesia cement block, and the highland barley straw magnesia cement block exhibits the best performance.

摘 要:考虑再生混凝土综合性能,选取再生粗、细骨料取代率、水胶比和玻化微珠掺量作为关键影响因素,以抗压强度、抗折强度、保温性能和抗冻性能作为评价指标,设计了再生混凝土配合比正交试验,并运用功效系数法进行了分析。结果表明,水胶比对再生混凝土的抗压强度和抗冻性能影响最大;随着再生粗、细骨料取代率增大,混凝土的力学强度下降;玻化微珠掺量的增加会降低再生混凝土的力学强度,但对其保温性能具有明显的改善作用。通过验证试验发现,只要合理配置,可以配制28d抗压强度达到20MPa、导热系数为0.34 W/(m·K)的玻化微珠再生保温混凝土墙体材料。 Abstract: Considering the performance of recycled aggregate concrete comprehensively, four factors including replacement rates of recycled coarse and fine aggregate, water cement ratio and glazed hollow bead content are selected as key factors, and the compressive strength, flexural strength, thermal conductivity and frost resistance are took as evaluation indices. Orthogonal tests are designed to get the optimal mix proportion, and efficacy coefficient method is used to analyze the test results. The analysis results show that compressive strength and frost resistance of the concrete are most affected by water cement ratio. Mechanical strength of the concrete is deteriorated with increasing the contents of recycled aggregate and glazed hollow bead, but thermal insulation property of the concrete is significantly improved. In addition, the verification test results show that 28d compressive strength of the glazed hollow bead recycled insulation concrete can reach 20MPa, and its insulation resistance can achieve 0.34 W/(m·K) if it’s designed properly.

摘 要:在缓粘结部分预应力混凝土两跨连续梁受弯试验研究的基础上,分析了缓粘结预应力连续梁受力过程的破坏形态、缓粘结力筋与普通力筋粘结性能的差别、及其对梁的裂缝间距和钢筋应力的影响。在国家现行规范的基础上对裂缝公式进行了修正,提出了缓粘结部分预应力混凝土梁裂缝宽度的计算公式,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。 Abstract: Base on the bending test of retard-bonded prestressed concrete continuous beams, the failure mode of the concrete continuous beams, the differences of bond properties between retard-bonded and normal steels and effects of the two bond properties on crack spacing and reinforcement stressare analyzed. The crack spacing calculated formulas are amended base on the current national standard specification, and the new crack width calculation formula of retard-bonded prestressed concrete beam is put forward. Meanwhile, the verification results show that calculated results coincide well with the experimental results.
