摘 要:根据大量水泥稳定再生骨料抗压回弹模量试验,考察了养护龄期、水泥用量、再生骨料来源及取代率对抗压回弹试验结果的影响。试验数据分析表明,再生骨料的掺加对水泥稳定混合料的抗压回弹模量有明显的增强效果,且在同等再生骨料取代率水平下,随着水泥用量和龄期的增长,抗压回弹模量不断增大,且再生骨料来源的混凝土强度越高,试验测得的抗压回弹值越大。 Abstract: Based on plenty of the compressive resilient modulus test results of cement stabilized recycled aggregate, some effect of curing periods of specimens, cement content, sources of recycled aggregate and replacement ratio on the compressive resilient modulus are studied. The study results indicate that the addition of recycled coarse aggregate can obviously enhance the compressive resilient modulus of cement stabilized macadam. Under the same condition of the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate, there is an increase tendency of compressive resilient modulus with increasing of cement content and curing period. And the higher the strength of concrete with recycled aggregate is, the larger the compressive resilient modulus got by the test is.

摘 要:通过改变铜矿渣的取代水泥量,研究了铜矿渣对混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着铜矿渣取代率的增加,混凝土的强度略有降低且脆性增加;铜矿渣混凝土的单轴受压应力-应变曲线与普通混凝土相近;采用数值计算模型和损伤模型构造铜渣混凝土的本构关系,回归曲线与实测单轴受压应力-应变曲线的吻合较好,基本能够真实地再现应力-应变曲线,可用于混凝土结构的计算分析。 Abstract: The influence of copper slag on the mechanical properties of concrete is studied by changing the cement content replaced by copper slag. The results show that with increasing the content of copper slag, the strength of concrete decreases a little while the brittleness of concrete increases; the uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve of concrete with copper slag is similar to that of ordinary concrete; the constitutive relation of concrete with copper slag is established using the numerical model and the damage model. The fitted regression curves got by numerical model approach to the measured uniaxial compressive stress-strain curves, and they can be used to analyze the constitutive relations of concrete structure.

And according to the example of the slope protection and greening engineering in the Qiuxue Lake in Taizhou, the engineering application functions of eco-concrete are discussed.

摘 要:从混凝土配合比、振捣工艺和模板材料等几方面解释了斜坡混凝土浇筑成型面气泡数量多且不易消除的原因,结合透水模板布在某水电站斜面混凝土施工中的应用实例,分析了透水模板和普通钢模板的气泡排出机理,并依据斯托克斯定律探讨了气泡排出与倾斜模板及其混凝土参数间的相互关系,提出了消除斜坡成型混凝土表面气泡的有效施工工艺措施。 Abstract: The reasons of numerous blowholes occurred and difficult to be free from concrete inclined surface are interpreted according to several impact aspects such as concrete mixture proportion, vibration technique and formwork type. Combined with the examples of concrete cast construction of a hydropower station applied controlled permeability formwork in inclined mould, the blowholes discharged mechanisms of controlled permeability formwork and ordinary steel formwork are analyzed. And base on Stokes Law and fresh concrete parameters, the relationship of blowholes eliminate duration and the inclined formwork is discussed. In addition, the effective construction technical measures for eliminating blowholes formed on concrete inclined surface are put forword.

摘 要:通过3根钢纤维混凝土剪力墙连梁在低周反复荷载作用下的试验,研究了钢纤维体积率等对连梁破坏形态、滞回曲线、变形及耗能性能的影响,在不同钢纤维体积率的连梁试件中,试件的破坏形态不相同,构件的承载力和位移延性大小不同。结果表明,在钢筋混凝土连梁中加入足够的钢纤维,能够有效地改善连梁的变形与耗能能力。 Abstract: Through the experimental study on the three coupling beams of steel fiber concrete shearing walls under the cyclic reverse load, the influences of the volume ratio of steel fiber on the destruction modes, hysteresis curves, deformation and energy costing of the coupling beams are described. During the different volume ratio of steel fiber of the coupling beams, the destruction modes are different, and the capacity and displacement ductility of the specimens are also different. The results show that enough volume ratio of steel fiber in the coupling beams can obviously improve the deformation and energy costing of the coupling beams.

摘 要:介绍了由玻璃纤维增强水泥单模板与保温材料叠合而成的复合保温模板,作为永久性建筑模板,浇筑混凝土后形成夹芯式复合剪力墙。此类剪力墙不仅具有自保温功能,还可以避免保温层直接接触明火从而降低火灾风险。通过采用不同保温材料、不同种类混凝土及不同材料界面连接方式的相互组合,对不同工况下夹芯式复合试件各界面的抗剪粘结性能及破坏模式进行了研究;对不同界面连接方式、不同保温材料和不同混凝土类型对试件整体抗剪性能的影响进行了对比分析,并提出了使用建议。 Abstract: A kind of composite?insulation formwork superposed by glass fiber reinforced cement single formwork and thermal insulation materials is introduced, as the permanent building formwork, which is poured with concrete to form a sandwich-type composite shearing wall. This kind of shearing walls not only have the function of self-insulation, but also make the insulation layer avoid direct contact with the open flame so as to reduce the risk of fire. According to the combinations of different insulation materials, different types of concrete and different materials interface connection ways, the shearing bond performance and failure modes of the interfaces between composite layers in different conditions are studied, the impact on the shearing behavior of the specimens, which is resulted by the different insulation materials, different types of concrete and different interface connections, is contrasted and discussed, and then some recommendations are presented.

摘 要:以上海市某工程为例,开展了四边简支足尺预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体的平面外堆载试验,对墙体的承载能力、荷载?滑移关系、墙体变形以及墙体连接件与墙体滑移等进行了研究。研究表明:墙体的开裂荷载为208kN,是荷载设计值的7.4倍;设计荷载作用下墙体的跨中挠度为1.16mm。墙体的抗弯刚度大,抗裂度与承载力高,并具有较大的安全储备。 Abstract: In order to investigate the flexural behavior of pre-cast concrete inorganic insulation sandwich composite wall panel, a full-scale specimen simply supported on four sides was got from a practical project in Shanghai and a out-of-plane heaped load test of the specimen was carried out. Meanwhile, the bearing capacity, deformation and slip between FRP connector and concrete panel were studied in detail. The results show that the cracking load of the wall panel is 208kN, which is about 7.4 times of the design load. Mid-span deflection of the wall panel is 1.16mm under the action of the design load. It can be concluded that the wall panel has large flexural rigidity and load capacity,and its property can completely meet the normal serviceability requirements.

摘  要:介绍了一种新型预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体。该墙体由内、外叶钢筋混凝土板、中间无机保温层以及纤维增强塑料(FRP)连接件组成,具有节能效果显著、抗火性能和耐久性能好、生产与施工效率高等特点,可实现结构与保温同寿命。开展了该新型预制混凝土无机保温夹心墙体的热工性能试验研究,研究表明,墙体的传热系数为0.738W/(m2·k),满足JGJ134—2001《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》的要求。Abstract:Anewtypeofprecastconcreteinorganicinsulationsandwichpanelconsistedofinternalandexternalreinforcementconcretelayers,insulatinglayersandFRPconnectorsisintroduced.Thepanelhastheadvantagesofenergysaving,fireresistanceanddurability,andcanrealizethesamelife-spanbetweentheinsulationandmainstructure.Thethermalperformancetestofthekindofcompositepaneliscarriedout.Theresultsshowthatheattransfercoefficientofthewallis0.738W/(m2·k),whichcanmeettherequirementsofJGJ134—2001《DesignStandardforEnergyEfficiencyofResidentialBuildingsinHotSummerandColdWinterZone》.

摘 要:将聚丙烯纤维作为添加剂掺入水泥加固风积沙,进行了水泥砂浆的抗压强度(CSCM)试验,试件由不同水泥含量的混合物和不同掺量聚丙烯纤维配制而成。在7d和28d养护期后进行抗压强度试验。试验结果显示:在水泥加固风积沙中掺入聚丙烯纤维后,聚丙烯纤维可均匀地分布于基体中,可降低裂缝尖端周围的应力集中并阻止裂缝扩张,提高了水泥加固风积沙的机械性能,且随着掺入的聚丙烯纤维的增加,水泥砂浆的抗压能力也随之增加,但当掺加率超过0.2%以后,试件的抗压能力基本稳定,没有更显著的增加。 Abstract: Using of polypropylene fiber as an additive to add in the windblown sand-cement mixture, the compressive strength of the kind of Hydraulic Cement Mortars (CSCM) was tested. Test specimens were prepared with a mixture of varying content of cement and polypropylene fibers. The compressive strength of the specimens was tested after 7d and 28d curing periods. The results show that when polypropylene fibers are mixed in windblown sand-cement mortar, they will be evenly distributed in a matrix, relax the stress concentrations of crack around the tips, prevent crack expansion, and enhance the mechanical properties of windblown sand-cement mortar. Meanwhile with increasing of addition of polypropylene fiber, the compressive strength of windblown sand-cement mortar increases, however when the addition of polypropylene fiber is beyond 0.2%, it has no positive effect on compressive strength of the specimens.
