摘 要：分析了预应力钢筒混凝土管砂浆保护层的要求以及砂浆冻融破坏的原因，提出了在寒冷地区存放使用预应力钢筒混凝土管易被忽视的问题，并给出了相应措施。指出应提高砂浆保护层的质量，避免在冬季将管子长期处于过度潮湿的地方，有利提高管的使用寿命。 Abstract： The demands of mortar cover of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe（PCCP） and the reason why THE mortar would happen to the freezing-thaw damage are analyzed. When the PCCP is stored and used in cold area, the easily neglected problems and the corresponding measures are put forward. For prolonging the service life of the PCCP，it is very important to improve the quality of the mortar cover and avoid to place the PCCP in the frozen wet environment for a long time.

摘   要：分析了预应力钢筒混凝土管砂浆保护层的要求以及砂浆冻融破坏的原因，提出了在寒冷地区存放使用预应力钢筒混凝土管易被忽视的问题，并给出了相应措施。指出应提高砂浆保护层的质量，避免在冬季将管子长期处于过度潮湿的地方，有利提高管的使用寿命。

Abstract： The demands of mortar cover of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe（PCCP） and the reason why THE mortar would happen to the freezing-thaw damage are analyzed. When the PCCP is stored and used in cold area, the easily neglected problems and the corresponding measures are put forward. For prolonging the service life of the PCCP，it is very important to improve the quality of the mortar cover and avoid to place the PCCP in the frozen wet environment for a long time.

（1）原材料选择方面，要选用抗冻性好的水泥，尤其是砂子的选用要严格挑选，合理的模数和低的杂质，以降低原材料对产品吸水率的影响。
（2）按相关标准要求进行原料合理配比。
（3）保持保护层的辊射设备工作正常，辊轮要及时调整和更换；同时要按标准要求，按时抽检产品吸水情况，发现问题及时纠正。
（4）做好保护层的管要充分养护，防止因养护不当出现的收缩、开裂、毛细孔增加等从而使产品吸水或渗透性增大。
（5）需要经过冬季储存的管不能直接与松土接触，也不能在管底垫易吸水的如稻草等物，更不应存放在低洼地带。
（6）埋地铺设管道时，要将管道管顶置于极限冻土层以下。
