低温下钢纤维混凝土SHPB试验研究

摘 要:采用74mm分离式霍普金森压杆(SHPB)试验装置对四种不同含量的钢纤维混凝土试件在-40℃下进行了冲击试验, 分析了低温环境下应变率对钢纤维混凝土试件的影响,探讨了低温动力学试验中钢纤维含量对试件动强度的影响规律。试验结果表明,钢纤维的加入对混凝土的动态力学性能有较大的提高,较理想的钢纤维掺量为1.5%。
Abstract: The impact tests of steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens with four different contents were carried out at -40℃ by using 74mm split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) test device. The influence of strain rate on steel fiber reinforced concrete specimens at a low temperature is analyzed, and the influence rules of steel fiber content on dynamic strength are discussed according to low temperature dynamic test. The results show that adding steel fiber can greatly improve the dynamic mechanical properties of the concrete, and the best content of steel fiber is 1.5%.
