纤维增强橡胶混凝土路用性能试验研究

摘 要:采用等体积置换法,将橡胶粉分别按10%、20%、30%、40%、50%取代细集料配制橡胶混凝土,并通过不同掺量的纤维对其进行增强,分析并评价了橡胶混凝土的力学性能、耐磨性能以及抗冲击性能。试验结果表明:纤维增强橡胶混凝土的抗压强度较基准混凝土有大幅度降低,抗折强度以及劈裂强度明显增大;随着纤维和橡胶粉的掺入,混凝土的耐磨性能和抗冲击韧性均有所提高,且随着纤维掺量的增加而增大;当纤维掺量0.9kg/m3左右,橡胶粉体积掺量不超过40%时,混凝土性能最为优异。
Abstract: The kind of concrete with different content of fiber is prepared using the volume displacement method to replace fine aggregate by the rubber powder of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%. The mechanical properties, wear resistance and impact resistance of the fiber reinforced rubber concrete are analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the compressive strength of fiber reinforced rubber concrete significantly reduce compare with normal concrete, while the flexural strength and splitting strength of the fiber reinforced rubber concrete significantly increase; adding fiber and rubber powder can the enhance wear resistance and impact toughness of the concrete, and these properties increase with the increasing content of fiber; When the fiber content is about 0.9kg/m3, the rubber content is less than 40% of fine aggregate(volume content), the concrete performance is the best.
