纳米材料对玻化微珠保温混凝土性能的影响

摘 要:通过单因素及耦合试验研究纳米SiO2(NS)和纳米CaCO3(NC)对玻化微珠保温混凝土坍落度及抗压强度的影响。NS以0.5%、1.0%、1.5%,NC以0.5%、1.0%、1.5%等量代替水泥,并对混凝土坍落度及7d、28d立方体抗压强度进行了测试。试验结果表明,S加入可显著提高混凝土的强度,且最佳掺量为1%,但不利于混凝土的流动性;NC的加入降低混凝土的强度,但改善了混凝土的流动性,且最佳掺量为0.5%。通过纳米矿物的合理复掺可制备出7d和28d立方体抗压强度分别为26.7MPa、42.4MPa,坍落度为145mm的玻化微珠保温承重混凝土。
Abstract: The effect of nano-SiO2(NS) and nano-CaCO3(NC) on the compressive strength and slump of glazed hollow bead insulation concrete was investigated by single factor test and coupling test. 0.5%、1.0%、1.5% of NS and 0.5%、1.0%、1.5% of NC were added to partial replace cement. The slump of fresh concrete and 7d、28d cube compressive strength were tested. The test results show that adding NS can significantly increase concrete strength and the optimum content is 1%, but it is not beneficial to flowability of concrete; adding NC reduces concrete strength, but improves flowability of concrete, and the optimum content is 0.5%. Glazed hollow bead insulation concrete with 7d、28d cube compressive strength of 26.7MPa、42.4MPa and slump of 145mm can be made by suitable admixtures with nano-minerals.
