摘  要:节能与结构一体化技术具有保温防火性能优良、质量安全可靠、保温与建筑墙体同寿命等特点。本文定义了建筑节能与结构一体化技术,阐述了在我国满足该技术的几种主要建筑体系的构造、研究与应用现状,提出了其存在的问题及建议。Abstract:Theintegrationofenergysavingandstructurehasexcellentperformanceinheatpreservation,fireproofing,safe,insulationandsoon.Here,theconceptoftheintegrationofenergysavingandstructureisdefined.Meanwhile,thestructures,researchandapplicationstatusofseveralmainbuildingsystemwhichcouldbeusedinChinaarediscussed,andtheexistingproblemsandsuggestionsareputforward.

摘  要:将改性后的废旧橡胶颗粒加入到抹面砂浆中,不仅可提高废橡胶的利用率、减小环境污染,还可以利用橡胶颗粒的特有性能,改善传统抹面砂浆的缺陷,提高抹面砂浆的韧性、抗冻融性能和抗冲击性能。研究表明,橡胶颗粒的加入会降低抹面砂浆的强度和弹性模量,但抹面砂浆对强度的要求不高,故橡胶颗粒在抹面砂浆中完全可以应用。Abstract:Puttingthemodifiedwastecrumbrubbertoaddinthesurfacemortarhasmanyadvantages,whichnotonlycanimprovetheutilizationratioofthewasterubber,decreasingenvironmentalpollution,butalsocanimprovethedefectsoftraditionalsurfacemortaraswellasthetoughness,anti-freezingandthawingperformanceandimpactresistanceofsurfacemortar.Thestudyresultsshowthatalthoughaddingrubberparticlescanreducestrengthandelasticmodulusofthesurfacemortar,itcanstillbeappliedinthesurfacemortarbecauseofthelowstrengthrequirementofthesurfacemortar.

摘 要:使用未处理和处理后的铸造废砂取代天然砂制备混凝土,并对混凝土的性能作了对比分析。结果表明,与基准混凝土相比,用未处理的废砂取代天然砂时,随着取代率的提高,混凝土的流动性变差,抗压强度也随之降低;处理后的废砂与未处理废砂对混凝土性能的影响趋势一致,抗压强度有所提高,当仅取代天然砂中的细砂时,对混凝土的抗压强度几乎没影响。 Abstract: The green concretes are prepared by using untreated and treated waste foundry sand to partially substitute the natural sands, and the performances of the two kinds of concretes were compared and analyzed. The test results show that comparing with the reference concrete, the liquidity and compressive strength of the concrete with untreated waste foundry sand decrease with the creasing the content of the waste foundry sand; the effect tendency of treated waste foundry sand on the performances of concrete are consistent with those of untreated waste foundry sand, and the performances have a certain improvement. When using all the treated waste foundry sand to replace the fine sand in natural sand, it’s found that treated waste foundry sand has hardly effect on the compressive strength of the concrete.

Based on the practical experience, the specific requirements of installation technology of the fiber reinforced silicate fireproofing air duct such as molding, connection, suspension setting and system test are summed up.

摘 要:为突破当前碾压混凝土压实厚度只有30cm左右的限制,推动碾压混凝土施工技术的发展,引进国外新型垂直碾压设备和深层压实度检测仪器,通过两次生产性试验,对检测仪器进行改进,确定了60cm厚层混凝土碾压工艺,并成功应用于110m高碾压混凝土双曲拱坝局部坝段。 Abstract:The compaction thickness limit of the RCC is only 30cm at present. For breaking the thickness limit and promoting the development of RCC construction technology, the new vertical rolling equipment and deep compaction testing instruments are introduced from abroad. By doing the productive tests twice, the detecting instrument is improved, and concrete compaction technology for the 60cm compaction thickness is determined. The technology has successfully applied in the local dam section of 110m high roller compacted concrete hyperbolic arch dam.

摘  要:通过模拟施工现场四季气候特征,对比研究了高吸水性树脂SAP内养护对混凝土早期强度的影响。试验结果表明,SAP内养护技术对混凝土的早期强度发展效果优于施工现场自然养护,特别是在春夏季气温20~30℃条件下甚至接近于标准养护强度发展趋势。本实验条件下,SAP掺量为1.0%~1.5%时对混凝土强度发展情况最有利。Abstract:Theeffectsofinner-curingagentSAPonconcreteatearlyagewerestudiedbysimulatingthe?climatecharacteristicsofthefourseasonsontheconstructionsite.Theresultsindicatethattheinner-curingconcretestrengthdevelopmentatearlyageisbetterthanthatofconcretebynaturalcuring.Whenthetemperatureisintherangeof20~30℃,thestrengthdevelopmentofconcretebyinner-curingisevenclosetotheresultofstandardcuring.Therefore,SAPisanappropriateinner-curingmaterial,andundertheexperimentalconditiontheperfectmixingcontentrangeofSAPis1.0%~1.5%.

摘 要:针对钢管混凝土的徐变特性,对比分析了几种混凝土徐变模式在计算钢管混凝土徐变效应时的精度。结果表明,B3模式计算结果与试验结果吻合度最好,且考虑的因素最为全面,可用于钢管混凝土构件的徐变计算。 Abstract: Various prediction models are developed to predict the creep effect of concrete filled steel tube. The precisions in calculating different creep of the concrete filled steel tube by the above models are compared and analyzed. The study results show that the creep of the concrete by B3 model is closest to the experimental results, and the almost all factors are comprehensively considered. So the B3 model can be used to calculate the creep of the concrete filled steel tube.

摘 要:为了满足高寒地区村镇住宅结构生态、减震、节能环保以及结构安全性的要求,研发了生态密肋复合墙体,该墙体填充秸秆泥坯砌块具有轻质、高强、节能、抗震的优点。本文介绍了墙体结构体系的设计与制作、结构体系的抗压性能试验等。 Abstract: In order to meet some requirements of the rural house such as ecological structure, shock absorption, energy conservation, environmental protection and structure safety in alpine regions, the ecological multi-ribbed composite wall is researched and developed. The wall is filled with straw mud slab block and has the advantages of light weight, high strength, energy saving, seismic. Here, the design, manufacture, the compressive performance test and so on of the wall structural system are introduced.

摘  要:研究了氢氧化钠和复合激发剂CSN对脱硫石膏-矿渣胶结料强度的影响以及棉花秸秆对材料强度、导热系数和表观密度的影响,并制备了石膏砌块。试验结果表明,复合激发剂CSN对胶结料强度的改善效果优于氢氧化钠,28d最高抗折强度和抗压强度分别达到6.2MPa和46.5MPa;在其中添加棉花秸秆后,随着棉花秸秆掺量的增加,试样的强度、导热系数和表观密度都不断减小。当在70%原状脱硫石膏和30%矿渣中,添加4%CSN复合激发剂和10%棉花秸秆时,其抗折和抗压强度分别达2.1MPa和9.1MPa,导热系数达0.134W/m·K;由其制备的砌块抗折载荷为3056N,表观密度为975kg/m3。Abstract:Thegypsumblockwaspreparedbytheoriginaldesulphurizationgypsumasrawmaterials,alittleslag,someactivatorsandcottonstraw.TheinfluenceofNaOHandcompoundstimulatorCSNonthestrengthofdesulphurizationgypsum-slagsystemwasdiscussed.Andtheeffectofthecottonstrawonthestrength,thermalconductivityandapparentdensityofthematerialwasalsostudied.TheresultsshowthattheeffectofCSNonthestrengthofthebinderisbetterthanthatofNaOH.The28dflexuralstrengthandcompressivestrengthofthecementitiousmaterialsare6.2MPaand46.5MParespectively.Furthermore,thestrength,thermalconductivityandapparentdensityofthespecimensdecreasewithincreasingthecontentofcottonstraw.Whenadding4%CSNand10%cottonstrawtothemixtureof70%originaldesulphurizationgypsumand30%slag,theflexuralstrengthandcompressivestrengthofthespecimenare2.1MPaand9.1MParespectively,anditsthermalconductivityis0.134W/m·K.Inaddition,thefractureloadandtheapparentdensityoftheblockpreparedbyusingtheoptimumproportionare3056Nand975kg/m3respectively.
