摘  要:以城市垃圾焚烧灰为主要研究对象,采用水、磷酸分别对其进行预处理,对预处理后的飞灰采用水泥进行固化,测定固化体系的凝结时间、净浆抗压强度、无侧限抗压强度等物理力学性能,并检测固化体系的重金属浸出毒性。试验结果表明,固化体系的凝结时间随着水泥掺量的增加而缩短,水泥掺量超过20%时,固化体系的终凝时间能控制在10h以内;体系的净浆抗压强度、无侧限抗压强度均随着水泥掺量的增加而增大,其中,各固化体系的无侧限抗压强度值均达到稳定土填埋强度值(1.5MPa),重金属浸出浓度满足国家毒性浓度危险标准值(5~100mg/L)。Abstract:MunicipalSolidWasteIncineration(MSWI)Ashwaspretreatedusingwaterorphosphate,then,pretreatedMSWIashwassolidifiedbycement.Thesettingtime,compressivestrengthofthepaste,unconfinedcompressivestrengthandotherphysicalandmechanicalpropertiesofthesolidificationsystemaswellasitsheavymetalsleachingtoxicityweremeasured.Theresultsshowthatwiththeincreasingofcementcontent,thesettingtimeofsolidificationsystemshorten,andwhenthecementcontentismorethan20%,thefinalsettingtimeofthesystemcanbecontrolledwithin10h.Thecompressivestrengthofthepasteandunconfinedcompressivestrengthofsolidificationsystemincreasewiththeincreasingofcementcontent.Theunconfinedcompressivestrengthofeachsystemcanreachthestablesoillandfillstrengthvalues(1.5MPa).Theconcentrationofheavymetalscanmeetthenationaltoxicconcentrationsriskstandardvalue(5~100mg/L).

摘 要:研究了邯郸地区用砖混结构建筑垃圾生成的建筑垃圾人工砂的粒径、堆积密度、吸水率、压碎值指标等基本物理性能,分别以0、50%、100%的建筑垃圾人工砂等量取代天然细骨料配制不同强度等级混凝土,检验混凝土拌合物的性能、力学性能及耐久性能,探讨了建筑垃圾人工砂不同取代率对混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明,建筑垃圾人工砂完全代替天然砂用于C60及以下强度等级的混凝土中是可行的,随着取代率的提高,混凝土强度有所降低;混凝土强度越高,降低幅度越大。 Abstract: The basic physical properties of construction waste artificial sand such as particle size, bulk density, water absorption, crushing value index were studied systematically and the construction waste artificial sand was made from construction waste of brick structure in Handan region. Different strength grade concrete was prepared by using 0, 50% and 100% of the construction waste artificial sand equivalent to replace mineral fine aggregate. The performance, mechanical properties and durability of the concrete mixture are tested, and the effect of different replace ratio of construction waste artificial sand on the performance of concrete is discussed. The experimental results show that it is feasible that construction waste artificial sand completely replaces natural sand of fine aggregate to prepare less than or equal to C60 strength grade concrete; with the improvement of replacement ratio, concrete strength reduce; the higher the concrete strength is, the bigger the strength reduction is.

摘  要:氯醇法工艺生产环氧丙烷产生的固体废弃物环氧丙烷渣对环境污染非常大,试验针对环氧丙烷渣综合利用展开研究。通过环氧丙烷渣中的Ca(OH)2与粉煤灰在(180℃,8h)饱和蒸汽条件下水热合成,制备出以水化硅酸钙托贝莫来石为主要水化相的陶粒。在水灰比一定的情况下,以环氧丙烷渣陶粒为粗集料,配制了不同陶粒的混凝土。通过正交实验法,研究了水热合成环氧丙烷渣陶粒组成对混凝土抗压强度的影响规律。试验结果表明,环氧丙烷渣陶粒的石英砂含量、钙硅比、壳层厚度是影响混凝土抗压强度的显著因素。Abstract:Thepropyleneoxidesludgeproducedduringtheproducingofepoxypropaneusingtheemulsifcationprocessisharmfultotheenvironment,sothecomprehensiveutilizationofthepropyleneoxidesludgeisstudied.Ca(OH)2fromthepropyleneoxideslagandflyash(180℃,8h)weresynthesizedinconditionsofsaturatedsteam,then,theceramsitewithhydratedcalciumsilicatetobermoriteasmainhydrationphasewasprepared.Differentceramsiteconcreteswerepreparedwiththesamewatercementratioandusingthepropyleneoxideslagascoarseaggregate.Theinfluencelawofthecomponentofpropyleneoxideslagceramsitebyhydrothermalsynthesisoncompressivestrengthoftheconcreteisstudiedbyorthogonaltest.Thetestresultsshowthatthequartzsandcontent,calcium-siliconratioandshellthicknessoftheepoxypropaneslagceramsitearethekeyinfluencingfactorsonthecompressivestrengthofconcrete.

摘 要:蒸压轻质砂加气混凝土砌块可减轻建筑物的自重、减小结构构件尺寸,提高建筑物隔声、保温、防火、抗渗和装饰等性能,满足现代建筑物综合性需求。本文介绍了蒸压轻质砂加气混凝土砌块在施工中的具体措施,在保证工期的前提下,还可提高砌筑工程的质量。 Abstract:In order to meet the comprehensive needs of modern buildings, lightweight autoclaved aerated concrete block can not only reduce the weight and size of structural component, but also improve the sound insulation, thermal insulation, fire prevention, anti seepage, decorative performance of buildings and so on. The specific construction measures for the concrete block are introduced. And it points out that the methods can improve the quality of building project on the premise of guarantee time limit for a project.

摘 要:PBL剪力连接件是一种新型的剪力连接件,具有较高的抗剪承载力。阐述了连接件的破坏机理,分析了混凝土强度、开孔钢板孔洞直径和个数、钢板端部截面积以及贯穿钢筋的直径和强度对PBL剪力连接件承载力的影响。并根据这些试验结果回归出了有和没有端部混凝土承载作用时PBL剪力连接件极限承载力的计算表达式。 Abstract: As a new type of shear connector, PBL shear connector has high shear resistance. The failure mechanism of the PBL shear connector is described, and the influence of the factors which include concrete strength, diameter and number of connector holes, cross-sectional area of the end of the connector, diameter and strength of transverse rebar on the bearing capacity of PBL shear connector is analyzed. In addition, according to the test results, the equations for predicting the ultimate bearing capacity of PBL shear connector with and without considering end bearing effect are put forward.

摘 要:使用高分辨率扫描仪获取道面混凝土截面照片,基于AutoCAD绘图技术标绘微气孔,并导出气孔二维数据,然后编程计算孔结构参数。实验表明,与导线法相比,此方法表征气泡孔径时更接近真实情况,且得出的气泡间距与导线法气泡间距系数有良好的相关性。基于抽样检测的思路,设计了简化方法,减少了绘制工作量。简化结果显示,孔径、气泡间距、硬化混凝土含气量的精度都大于95%,且抽样样本方差亦可表征抗冻性能的优良。 Abstract: Based on AutoCAD drawing technique, micro-pores were plotted manually on the picture of pavement concrete cross section got by high-resolution scanners. Using the exported 2-D data, pore structure parameters were calculated. The results show that using the CAD method mentioned above to characterize the pore diameter is closer to the real situation comparing with the traverse method. The pore spacing got by the CAD methods and the pore spacing coefficient got by the traverse method have positive linear correlation. Based on sampling detection, the characterization method is simplified, which can reduce the workload. The simple results show that the precision of pore size, pore spacing, air content of hardening concrete is over 95%, and the variance of the sample can also characterize anti-freeze performance.

摘 要:通过正交试验,研究了再生混凝土保温砌块的力学性能、耐久性、保温性能受相关配合比因素影响的规律。结果表明:再生混凝土保温砌块在合理的配比下可做承重外墙墙材使用;质量损失率满足相关耐久性要求,砌筑的墙体节能率达到50%。 Abstract: According to orthogonal experiment, the influence rules of mix proportion on the strength, durability and heat preservation of recycled concrete insulation block are studied. The results show that the compressive strength of the recycled concrete insulation block can reach to MU5.0 using the rational mix proportion, and it can be used to make the heat preservation wall; in addition, the mass loss rate of the concrete block can also meet the relate needs of durability, and its energy saving rate can reach up to 50%.

摘 要:以快硬硫铝酸盐水泥、粉煤灰、发泡剂、稳泡剂、聚丙烯纤维、防水剂为主要原材料,经化学发泡成型工艺制备水泥-粉煤灰发泡保温材料。实验研究了化学发泡剂对发泡保温材料体积密度、导热系数、强度的影响;稳泡剂对发泡保温材料泡孔结构、导热系数、强度的影响;聚丙烯纤维对发泡保温材料抗折强度的影响以及防水剂对发泡保温材料防水性能的影响。确定了水泥-粉煤灰发泡保温材料成型工艺参数。研制的水泥-粉煤灰发泡保温材料具有防火功能,同时还具有质轻、保温、抗冻性好等特点,其各项性能均达到国家相关标准要求。 Abstract: Cement, fly ash, foaming agent, foam stabilizer, polypropylene fiber and water-proofing agent are used as raw materials to manufacture cement-fly ash foaming thermal insulation material. The effects of chemical foaming agent on volume density, thermal conductivity and strength of foaming thermal insulation material are studied. The influences of foam stabilizer on foam structure, thermal conductivity and strength are discussed, and the effects of the polypropylene fiber on flexural strength, the waterproof agent on water-proofing performance are also studied. The technique parameter of cement-fly ash foaming thermal insulation material is gotten by experiment. Cement-fly ash foaming thermal insulation material is characterized by fireproofing, lightweight, thermal insulation and freezing resistance, these above properties are all accordance with the rules of relative national standards.
