预应力碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁抗弯性能研究

摘 要:为研究预应力碳纤维布加固技术对梁的抗弯正截面承载力、刚度、裂缝的加固效果,设计了相同的三根正常配筋、正常施工的钢筋混凝土梁分别进行不加固、普通碳纤维布加固、预应力碳纤维布加固后的抗弯性能试验。试验结果表明,预应力碳纤维布加固技术比普通碳纤维布加固技术能够更好的提高梁的抗弯正截面承载力、抗弯刚度,并能够有效的抑制裂缝的产生与发展,且碳纤维布利用率较高。
Abstract: In order to study the influence of prestressed CFRP reinforcement technology on flexural normal section bearing capacity, stiffness and cracks of the concrete beam, the bending test of the normal reinforcement and construction reinforced concrete beam and the same kinds of concrete beams reinforced with CFRP and prestressed CFRP are carried out. The results show that comparing with the other technologies, prestressed CFRP reinforcement technology can better improve the bending section bearing capacity, bending stiffness of concrete beams, and effectively restrain the crack generation and development; meanwhile, it has the higher utilization of CFRP.
