预处理飞灰与水泥的固化效果研究

摘 要:以城市垃圾焚烧灰为主要研究对象,采用水、磷酸分别对其进行预处理,对预处理后的飞灰采用水泥进行固化,测定固化体系的凝结时间、净浆抗压强度、无侧限抗压强度等物理力学性能,并检测固化体系的重金属浸出毒性。试验结果表明,固化体系的凝结时间随着水泥掺量的增加而缩短,水泥掺量超过20%时,固化体系的终凝时间能控制在10h以内;体系的净浆抗压强度、无侧限抗压强度均随着水泥掺量的增加而增大,其中,各固化体系的无侧限抗压强度值均达到稳定土填埋强度值(1.5MPa),重金属浸出浓度满足国家毒性浓度危险标准值(5~100mg/L)。
Abstract:Municipal Solid Waste Incineration(MSWI)Ash was pretreated using water or phosphate,then,pretreated MSWI ash was solidified by cement.The setting time, compressive strength of the paste, unconfined compressive strength and other physical and mechanical properties of the solidification system as well as its heavy metals leaching toxicity were measured.The results show that with the increasing of cement content,the setting time of solidification system shorten,and when the cement content is more than 20%,the final setting time of the system can be controlled within 10h. The compressive strength of the paste and unconfined compressive strength of solidification system increase with the increasing of cement content.The unconfined compressive strength of each system can reach the stable soil landfill strength values (1.5MPa).The concentration of heavy metals can meet the national toxic concentrations risk standard value(5~100mg/L).
