EVA对煤矸石泡沫混凝土性能的影响研究

摘  要:以煤矸石为主要原料,用普通硅酸盐水泥作粘结剂,制备了煤矸石-水泥基泡沫混凝土,研究了EVA乳液对煤矸石泡沫混凝土力学性能、吸水率及导热性能的影响。结果表明,EVA乳液的掺入可有效降低煤矸石泡沫混凝土的密度和导热系数。随EVA的掺入量增加,煤矸石泡沫混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度呈现先降低后增加的趋势,而吸水率则呈先上升后下降趋势。当EVA乳液掺量为7%时,煤矸石泡沫混凝土的抗压强度达到6.62MPa,抗折强度达到2.01MPa,且其干密度、吸水率和导热系数均优于普通泡沫混凝土。Abstract:Thecoalgangue-cementfoamedconcreteispreparedbytheuseofcoalgangueandordinaryPortlandcement.TheeffectsofEVAemulsiononthemechanicalproperties,waterabsorptionandthermal-insulatingpropertiesofthecoalgangue-cementfoamedconcretearestudied.TheresultsshowthattheadditionofEVAemulsioncaneffectivelyreducethedensityandthecoefficientofthermalconductivityofthecoalgangue-cementfoamedconcrete.WiththedosageincreaseofEVA,thecompressivestrengthsandtheflexuralstrengthsofthecoalgangue-cementfoamedconcretegetdownfirst,thengoup,whilethewaterabsorptionrateshowstheoppositetendency.WhentheEVAemulsioncontentis7%,thecompressivestrengthofthecoalgangue-cementfoamedconcretereachesto6.62MPa,theflexuralstrengthreachesto2.01MPa,thedensity,andthewaterabsorptionrateandthecoefficientofthermalconductivityareallbetterthantheordinaryfoamconcrete.

摘 要:研究了废弃玻璃细骨料取代率对废弃玻璃细骨料混凝土拌和物坍落度和硬化废弃玻璃细骨料混凝土立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量的影响规律。试验结果表明, 随着废弃玻璃细骨料取代率的增大,其立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量总体呈降低趋势;废弃玻璃细骨料混凝土的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度与普通混凝土的破坏形式及变化规律相类似。 Abstract: The influences of waste glass fine aggregate replacement ratio on the mixture slump, the cubic and axial compressive strength, the splitting-tensile strength and elastic modulus of the waste glass fine aggregate concrete are researched. The experimental results show that with the increase of the waste glass fine aggregate replace ratio, the cubic and axial compressive strength, the splitting-tensile strength and elastic modulus are reduced. The destruction and the change rule of the cubic and axial compressive strength and the splitting-tensile strength are similar between waste glass fine aggregate concrete and ordinary concrete.

摘  要:在介绍纤维混凝土的分类及其特征的基础上,分析了基于“以抗为主”策略的聚丙烯纤维增强混凝土的机理与效果,指出了聚丙烯纤维能有效阻止塑性及硬化早期混凝土收缩裂缝的产生和发展,能提高和增强混凝土抗裂、抗渗等方面的性能。基于聚丙烯纤维混凝土的工程应用范围和部位,给出了聚丙烯纤维混凝土施工工艺。Abstract:Basedontheintroductionoftheclassificationandcharacteristicsoffiberreinforcedconcrete,themechanismandtheeffectofpolypropylenefibersreinforcedconcretebasedon"Anti-based"strategyareanalyzed,anditisshowedthatpolypropylenefibercaneffectivelypreventtheplasticandearlyhardeningshrinkagecracksofconcrete,improveandenhancetheconcreteanti-cracking,anti-permeabilityandotheraspectsofperformance.Basedontheengineeringapplicationareasandsitesofpolypropylenefiberreinforcedconcrete,theconstructiontechnologyofpolypropylenefibersreinforcedconcreteisgiven.

摘 要:为了解决大跨度、大空间现浇厚楼板的缺点,在楼板内永久放置BZS模盒,形成空腔。该工艺不但能提高楼板保温和隔音效果,而且可减轻结构自重,节省材料,提高抗震性能。本文介绍了内置BZS模盒现浇楼板的施工工艺、设计特点和施工操作关键技术及质量控制点。 Abstract: In order to solve the defects of large span or large space cast-in-place thick floor, the BZS module box can be installed in the floor permanently to form a cavity. The technology can improve insulation and sound-proofing effects of the cast-in-place floor with the structural weight reducing, material saving and seismic performance improving. In addition, the construction technology, design features, key technologies of construction operation and quality controlling points of the cast-in-place floor with built-in BSZ die boxes built in are introduced.

摘 要:随着胶凝材料体系的复杂化,混凝土早期放热量增加,混凝土结构体的冷缩量随之增加,地下室外墙因冷缩开裂的工程案例频频出现。HCSA-R水化热抑制型膨胀剂具有抑制水泥水化反应速率,推迟水化最高温峰的出现,同时降低水化最高温度的效果,在工程中使用能够起到控制冷缩开裂的效果。 Abstract: With the complication of cementitious materials system, the concrete hydration heat release at early ages is increased. At the same time, the cool shrinkage amount of concrete structure is also increased, so some cracks will frequently occur in the basement exterior wall due to cool shrinkage in real engineering. HCSA-R expansive agent can inhibit the reaction rate of cement hydration, delay the appear of the highest peak of hydration,and reduce the highest temperature of hydration. Therefore, the expansive agent can effectively control shrinkage cracking in construction.

摘 要:纤维增强水泥波瓦制造行业大多使用三工位真空堆垛机,而三工位真空堆垛机是将波瓦按一张模板一张瓦坯堆垛到一定数量而形成一垛,这一过程中各需上下动作二次,周期较长,在生产过程中影响了生产线的产量,同时还增加了设备的维护量。针对此现象,提出了为该生产设备增加一套用电气控制的液压升降台,实现液压升降台随堆垛瓦坯的高度而自动动作缩小吸盘上下动作行程的装置,可提高生产线的产量和减少设备的维护量。 Abstract: Three-position vacuum stackers are mostly used in manufacturing industry of cement corrugated tile reinforced by fiber. The kind of stackers put corrugated tiles to stacking a certain amount by a method of a template match a tile billet to form a stacking. The process of stacking needs up and down movements, and its cycle is long, which will affect the output of the production line during the process of the corrugated tile production, and increase the maintenance of the equipment. According to the phenomenon mentioned above, a method of adding a set of electric control hydraulic lifting platform in the original production equipment is put forward, which can realize the hydraulic lifting platform to automatic narrow up and down action travel of the suckers with changing of the height of stroking tile billets, improve the output of the corrugated tile production line and reduce the maintenance of the equipment.

摘 要:比较了不同焊接电极结构对焊接速度、焊接质量以及焊接电极力的影响,介绍了一种新型钢筋骨架滚焊机焊接电极。该新型焊接电极有效提高了焊接速度,防止了纵向筋扭曲,改善了焊接电极受力条件,全面提高了整体电极装置的使用寿命。 Abstract: The influence of the different welding electrode structure on the welding speed, welding quality and welding electrode force is compared, and a new type of welding electrode for reinforcement cage roll welders is introduced. The weld electrode can effectively increase the welding speed of reinforcement cages, prevent the longitudinal reinforcement from distortions, improve the welding electrode stress conditions, and improve the service life of the whole electrode device.

摘 要:研究了粉煤灰掺量对建筑砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,粉煤灰替代水泥的用量达到80%时,建筑砂浆的稠度、分层度、抗压强度、弹性模量、抗冻性及收缩值性能仍能满足国家标准要求。 Abstract: The effect of fly ash content on the properties of building mortar is studied. The results show that with the dosage of fly ash at 80%, the consistency, stratification, compressive strength, elastic modulus, frost resistance and shrinkage performance of building mortar can still meet the requirements of the national standard.

摘 要:通过三组6个高强箍筋约束高强混凝土柱在高轴压比下的低周反复水平加载试验及对比分析,研究了该类构件的破坏过程、破坏形态、滞回性能和耗能能力。 Abstract: Through the low-cycle horizontal loading test of six high strength concrete columns confined by high strength stirrups under high axial compression ratio and the comparison analysis, the failure process, failure pattern, hysteretic behaviors and energy consumption ability of the components are researched.
