摘  要:利用物理改性和化学改性对氟石膏进行处理,考察了物理改性和化学改性对氟石膏性能的影响,并运用XRD、SEM等手段测试了改性后氟石膏的物相组成和微观形貌,探讨了物理改性和化学改性的作用机理。结果表明,物理改性和化学改性有效激发了氟石膏的活性;物理改性降低了无水硫酸钙晶体的晶粒度和结构规则性,增大了氟石膏的比表面积,氟石膏最佳比表面积为4600~4900cm2/g;化学改性促进了氟石膏的水化和二水硫酸钙晶体的生长,增大了二水硫酸钙晶体的晶粒度和长径比,有效激发了氟石膏的强度。Abstract:Bymodifyingfluorgypsumusingphysicalandchemicalmethods,theeffectsofphysicalmodificationandchemicalmodificationontheperformanceoffluorgypsumwerestudied.ThephasecompositionandmicrostructureofmodifiedfluorgypsumwerecharacteredbyXRDandSEM,andthemechanismsofthetwomodificationmethodswerediscussed.Theresultsshowthatfluorgypsumactivityisexcitedeffectivelyusingphysicalmodificationandchemicalmodification.PhysicalmodificationcanreducethegrainsizesandstructureregularityofCaSO4,increasethespecificsurfaceareaoffluorgypsum,andtheoptimumrangeofspecificsurfaceareais4600~4900cm2/g.ChemicalmodificationcanacceleratefluorgypsumhydrationandCaSO4·2H2Ogrowth,andincreasethegrainsizesandaspectratiosofCaSO4·2H2O,meanwhile,itcanalsoenhanceeffectivelythestrengthoffluorgypsum.

摘  要:利用铁尾矿砂替代天然砂制备尾矿砂水泥基复合材料,研究了铁尾矿砂替代比率对复合材料工作性和抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明,随着铁尾矿砂掺量的增加尾矿砂水泥基复合材料的坍落度减小,尾矿砂的替代比例在40%~60%范围内可获得较高的抗压强度。Abstract:Usingirontailingsandreplacingthenaturalsandtopreparethetailingsandcementitiouscomposite,theinfluencesofthedifferentratiosofirontailingsandontheworkabilityandcompressivestrengthofthecementitiouscompositearestudied.Testresultsshowthatwhenthedosageoftheirontailingsandincreases,theslumpofthecementitiouscompositereduces.Thecompressivestrengthofthecementitiouscompositeishigherwhenthetailsandreplacementratioisintherangeof40%~60%.

摘 要:介绍了某软土区深基坑全逆作法施工中总体设计方案的选取、地下连续墙、土方开挖等施工工艺。施工中通过采用全逆作法的施工方案,在场地狭小、对周围相邻建筑保护和管线保护要求较高的情况下,大大缩短了工期,满足工程进度要求,较好地达到了预期目标。 Abstract: The construction technologies with reverse method of deep foundation pit in some soft soil area are introduced, such as the overall design plan selection, underground diaphragm wall, earth excavation, etc.. Through the construction scheme of total reverse method, it can achieve a better target in small venues and higher requirements of the adjacent building protection and pipeline protection conditions, which can shorten working time and meet the requirements of project progress.

摘 要:以常州市第一个地铁车站基坑换撑的监测、施工过程为背景,对地铁车站信息化施工过程进行了分析。实践表明,监测信息可以有效指导换撑过程的实施,依据监测信息制定拆撑方案,可简化施工过程,减少工作量,对工程项目而言既可降低建设成本又可缩短建设工期。 Abstract: The information-based construction is analyzed about the changing-support work of the first subway station pit in Changzhou. ?It is shown that monitoring information may observe and direct the support change work effectively. The new plan according to the monitoring information can simplify the construction process and decrease the work capacity. Therefore, in this project, the cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.

摘 要:将加载方式分为单轴拉伸荷载和压荷载两种,通过碟簧及应力传感器进行恒载控制,开发出了在应力状态下测试混凝土电通量和扩散系数的装置。将加载一定应力的混凝土试件采用“NEL法”和“电通量法”进行在线渗透性测试,实现了持续荷载下混凝土渗透性的测试。 Abstract: Dividing the loading methods into uniaxial tensile loads and pressure loads, through controlling the dead loads by a disc spring and a stress sensor, a kind of the loading device to test the electric flux and diffusion coefficient of concrete under the stress state has been developed. The online permeability of concrete specimens loaded with a certain stress is tested by "NEL methods" and "chloride electric flux methods", which has realized to rapidly test the permeability of concrete under sustained loads.

摘 要:针对转换梁上剪力墙不同的洞口大小,采用MIDAS软件对4个框支剪力墙结构模型在相同的竖向荷载作用下进行了有限元分析。研究了墙梁共同作用对转换梁截面水平应力、轴力与弯矩分布规律的影响,为转换梁在实际工程中的应用提供了一定的设计依据和建议。 Abstract: According to different hole sizes of shearing wall of the transfer-beam, four structure models of shearing wall supported by frames under same vertical loads are analyzed by finite element method with the software MIDAS. The influences of wall-beam interaction on the distribution of horizontal stress, axial force and moment of transfer-beams are studied, which can provide some design bases and suggestions for the application of transfer-beams in the practical project.

摘 要:以经典的热传导方程为理论基础,采用ANSYS间接耦合分析方法,对某医院放疗楼18MeV医用直线加速器机房防辐射混凝土浇注完成后温度场及温度应力进行了有限元数值模拟分析,并与实测数据对比,得出此种方法可使温度场及温度应力的计算结果更接近真实值,并为防辐射大体积混凝土设计和施工过程中采取有效的防裂措施提供指导性意见。 Abstract:Based on the classical heat conduction formula, using the ANSYS indirect coupling analysis method, the finite element numerical simulating analysis and calculation are carried out for the temperature filed and temperature stress of the radiation concrete after completing pouring of the 18MeV medical linear accelerator room of a hospital radiotherapy house in Jiangsu. By comparing the calculated data with measured data, it's found that the calculation values of the temperature filed and temperature stress of the mass concrete using this method motioned above can be close to the true values, and it can provide some guiding advices for the effective crack control measures of the radiation mass concrete in the design and construction process.

摘 要:玻化微珠保温混凝土是适应我国建筑节能新形势提出的结构自保温材料。本文通过试验研究和理论分析,确定了玻化微珠保温混凝土的热工性能参数。运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对玻化微珠混凝土梁在三面受火和四面受火条件下进行非线性分析,得出了其截面温度场的分布规律。 Abstract: Thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete is the insulation material of building, which can adapt the new situation of the building energy conservation in China. Through the experimental study and theoretical analysis, the thermal properties parameters of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead concrete are determined. The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the non-liner characteristics of glazed hollow bead concrete beams in the three-sides and four-sides fire conditions, and the characteristics of the section temperature field are obtained.

摘 要:植钢锚固技术是一种新型的加固技术,本文基于植筋技术的研究,通过混凝土锚固型钢的静力拉拔实验,得到了不同型号角钢在不同强度等级混凝土下的植钢锚固的荷载-滑移全过程曲线。试验的破坏形式有两类:型钢拉断破坏和型钢与胶的界面滑移破坏,在不同破坏形式下荷载滑移曲线为三段式。并分析了型钢混凝土界面的粘结破坏机理。提出线荷载-滑移本构关系作为植钢锚固技术的粘结滑移本构关系,该关系式可用于指导有限元计算。 Abstract: Embedded steel in concrete is a new reinforcement technology. Based on the adhesive bar research, though the static stress pull-out tests of adhesive steel in concrete, the whole load-slip curves of different style angle steel with different strength grade concrete are obtained. There are two types of failure modes: the section steel snapping failure and interface sliding failure between the section steel and the structural adhesive. The load-slip curve can be divided into three stages under different failure modes. The failure mechanism of interface between steel and concrete is analyzed. The line load-slip constitutive relationship is proposed as the bond-slip constitutive relationship of embedded steel in concrete, which can be used to conduct the finite element calculation.

摘 要:采用CFRP板对钢筋混凝土少筋梁进行了嵌入式加固,开展了不同加固方式试验梁的抗弯性能实验,分析加固长度、加固层数对加固效果的影响。实验得到了试验梁的荷载-挠度曲线、跨中钢筋荷载-应变曲线以及CFRP板的荷载变形关系,并对试件的破坏形态进行了分析。实验结果表明,嵌入式加固可以很好地提高试件的抗弯承载能力、改变试件的破坏形态,并随着加固材料长度和加固量的增加,加固效果更好。 Abstract: The reinforced concrete beam embedded with CFRP plate at the lower surface of the beams are designed, and the experiment of the flexural behavior are carried out with different embedded way, and the effect of the reinforced material length and the reinforcement layer on the reinforced impact is analyzed. The load-deflection curves of the specimen, the load-strain curves of cross bar and the load-deformation relationship of CFRP are measured, and the failure modes of the specimens are analyzed. The results show that the embedded reinforcement can improve the bending bearing capacity, change the failure mode of the specimen, and the reinforcement effect can be improved as the length of the CFRP plate and the reinforcement volume increasing.
