Abstract: In order to investigate the flexural behavior of pre-cast concrete inorganic insulation sandwich composite wall panel, a full-scale specimen simply supported on four sides was got from a practical project in Shanghai and a out-of-plane heaped load test of the specimen was carried out. Meanwhile, the bearing capacity, deformation and slip between FRP connector and concrete panel were studied in detail. The results show that the cracking load of the wall panel is 208kN, which is about 7.4 times of the design load. Mid-span deflection of the wall panel is 1.16mm under the action of the design load. It can be concluded that the wall panel has large flexural rigidity and load capacity，and its property can completely meet the normal serviceability requirements.
