摘  要:通过在石灰石粉与低品质粉煤灰双掺绿色混凝土中掺加引气剂,使新拌混凝土的含气量在3%~5%之间,研究了含气量对此类混凝土的长期抗压强度、抗冻性能和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明,引气剂的掺入使得石灰石粉与低品质粉煤灰双掺绿色混凝土的长期抗压强度有所降低,但可以明显提高此类混凝土的抗冻性能,而对此类混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能影响不大。Abstract:Throughmixingairentrainingagent,theaircontentoffreshconcretewithlimestonepowderandlow-qualityflyashisbetween3%to5%.Theinfluencesofaircontentonthelong-termcompressivestrength,frostresistanceandtheabilitytoresistchlorideionpenetrationofgreenconcreteareresearched.Theresultsshowthattheairentrainingagentmakesconcrete,slong-termcompressivestrengthreduce,butitcanobviouslyimprovethefrostresistanceofgreenconcrete,andithaslittleeffectontheabilitytoresistchlorideionpenetrationofconcrete.

摘 要:通过相关实验,研究了不同掺量情况下的自燃煤矸石植生型生态混凝土的制备工艺和性能。试验结果表明,随着煤矸石集料掺量的逐步提高,生态混凝土强度逐步下降,但下降幅度不大,pH值适中,可以满足植生生态混凝土的功能要求。随着集料级配的增大,生态混凝土的强度逐步下降,孔隙率逐步提高。采用P·O 42.5水泥、20~40mm煤矸石、中砂、外加剂ZS-2等原材料配制的植生型生态混凝土,在强度、pH值、孔隙率等方面均可满足植物生长的要求。 Abstract: The preparation process and properties of coal gangue eco-concrete for planting has been discussed in the condition of different addition amounts of coal gangue through the relevant experiments. The results show that with the increase amount of coal gangue, the strength of concrete decreases gradually but its decrease range is somewhat, and the pH value is moderate. The strength and the pH value can meet the need of the functional requirements of eco-concrete for planting. With the increase of the aggregate gradation, the strength of concrete also decreases gradually but the porosity of concrete increases step by step. The coal gangue eco-concrete for planting prepared by P·O 42.5 cement, 20~40mm coal gangue, medium sand, ZS-2 admixture can meet the demand of plants growth in strength, pH value, porosity.

摘 要:研究了C50清水混凝土配合比设计技术要点以及生产组织和混凝土现场浇注施工、养护过程中的关键措施。通过优选水泥、粉煤灰和微珠,调整粉料比例以及砂率、用水量,遴选高性能外加剂,配制出了具有适宜粘聚性和工作性能的清水混凝土。 Abstract: The key technology of mix proportion design of fair-faced concrete is studied. At the same time, the producing organization, casting process and curing technology in situ are also presented. The fair-faced concrete with appropriate cohesiveness and workability is prepared by means of optimizing cement, fly ash, micro-sphere, high performance admixture, binder proportion, sand ratio and unit water consuption.

摘 要:研究了再生骨料自密实混凝土堆石墙体在静荷载作用下的力学性能及破坏形态,结果表明,再生骨料自密实混凝土墙体具有较高的承载力,特别是抗压强度远远大于普通毛石砌体,而且自密实混凝土和再生骨料之间的粘结性能良好;其破坏形态与天然大直径骨料堆石混凝土相近,破坏性质亦属于脆性破坏,但下降段较缓。再生骨料自密实堆石混凝土可取代普通毛石砌体,其工程应用前景广阔。 Abstract: The failure mode and mechanical properties of recycled aggregate-filled self-compacting concrete wall under static load are studied. The results show that the recycled aggregate self-compacting concrete wall can bear higher load than ordinary rubble stone masonry, especially its compressive strength, and it has good bonding properties between self-compacting concrete and recycled aggregates. Its failure mode is similar with the big natural aggregate-filled concrete’s. Its destruction property belongs to brittle failure, but the stress-strain curve decreases slowly. Therefore, recycled aggregate-filled self-compacting concrete can replace ordinary rubble stone masonry and has further engineering application prospect.

摘 要:以国内某大型蓄水发电厂厂房为研究对象,建立三维有限元模型。对厂房现状结构进行动力计算并与现场模态试验进行比较,分析厂房振动产生裂缝的原因。在已有模型基础上对厂房厚板加固方案进行了的模态与瞬态的计算。计算结果表明:在频率方面,厚板加固提高厂房结构的刚度同时降低其频率,但效果不显著;在振型方面,厚板加固可以有效地减少厂房的局部振动;动力响应方面,相对厂房现状结构,厚板结构的厂房动应力有一定的减小,但个别点也存在动应力增加的现象。 Abstract: Based on the powerhouse of a pumped-storage power station, a three-dimensional FEM model is established. Compared dynamic calculation with modal experiment, the reason of the cracks by the vibration of the powerhouse is analyzed. Based on the current model, the modal calculation and transient calculation of thick slab strengthening plan of the powerhouse are carried out. The results indicate that thickening concrete slab can increase the rigidity of the powerhouse and decrease the frequency a litter; and the part vibration can be decreased obviously. The dynamic stress of the strengthening powerhouse is less than that of the current powerhouse, but some points are opposite.

摘 要:为了分析研究农村砌体结构房屋在不同加固形式下的抗震性能,应用ANSYS有限元软件模拟分析打包带与碳纤维两种材料加固农村砌体结构房屋后的整体动力特性改善效果,通过研究结构破坏现象、结构地震加速度响应、极限位移以及应力分布等对两种不同加固形式的砌体结构的抗震性能做出综合评价。研究结果表明:加固后结构的整体性能得到了改善,结构应力分布更均匀,并且结构裂缝呈现多而细的现象,碳纤维加固后结构的地震加速度响应及极限位移最小,打包带加固结构次之,两种不同材料的加固形式明显提高了结构的抗震性能。 Abstract: In order to acquire the seismic performance of the strengthening rural masonry structure in different forms, by means of ANSYS software simulating and analyzing the dynamic characteristics improvement effect of masonry structure strengthened with packing belt or carbon fiber sheet, the seismic performance of reinforced masonry structure in different forms is evaluated by researching the failure mode of structure, the earthquake acceleration response, the maximum displacement and the stress distribution etc.. The research results show that after the masonry structure strengthened, the integrality performance of the structure is improved, the stress distribution is much more uniformity, the number of masonry structural cracks increases, but the width and length of masonry structural cracks change much less. The earthquake acceleration response and limit minimum displacement of rural masonry structure reinforced by carbon fiber sheet are the best, the ones reinforced by packaging tapes are the second, and two kinds of different reinforcement form can obviously improve the seismic behavior of the structure.

摘 要:缓粘结预应力混凝土是近二十年出现的一种新型独特预应力体系。为了解研究这一新型预应力混凝土构件的受力性能和使用性能,本文以手工的方式制作了缓粘结预应力筋,并对3根缓粘结部分预应力混凝土T形梁进行了短期刚度的试验研究和理论分析,在试验研究的基础上,结合试验梁的特性和国家现行标准规范,建立了缓粘结部分预应力混凝土梁短期刚度的计算公式。研究结果表明,按修正公式计算的挠度值与试验结果吻合较好,为这一新型预应力体系的实际应用提供了参考依据。 Abstract: Retard-bonded prestressed concrete which has appeared in recent twenty years is a new and distinctive prestressed system. For the research on mechanical behavior and service property of retard-bonded prestressed concrete members, retard-bonded prestressed strands are made by manual work in this paper. Experimental research and theoretical analysis on short-term stiffness of three retard-bonded partially prestressed concrete T-beams are carried out under static loadings. Based on the experiment research, connected with the characteristic of test beams and the national current standard, the calculation formulas on the short-term stiffness of retard-bonded partially prestressed concrete T-beams are proposed. The results show that the calculated values given by the modified formulas are identical with the test results, which provides theoretical reference for the actual project application of the new retard-bonded prestressed concrete system.

摘 要:用化学发泡法制作了泡沫混凝土,并对纤维与泡沫混凝土协同工作提高泡沫混凝土比强度进行了试验研究。通过对纤维掺量和长度的试验,探索了纤维在泡沫混凝土中的利用率,并探讨了纤维在泡沫混凝土中的分布均匀度问题。 Abstract: The foam concrete was made by using the chemical bubbling method, and the combined action between fiber and foam concrete to improve the concrete specific strength was researched. Through the experimental study on the mixing amount and length of fibers, the utilization of fibers in foam concrete was explored, meanwhile, some problems about distribution evenness of fibers in foam concrete were discussed.
