粉煤灰对水泥基材料流动性能影响及评价方法研究

摘 要:从需水量比、细度、烧失量、颗粒形貌及吸附性能等方面分析了粉煤灰对水泥基材料流动性能的影响规律。结果表明,粉煤灰需水量比与水泥净浆流动性能相关性较差,目前采用需水量比来评价其在水泥基材料中流动性能的方法可靠性较低;粉煤灰颗粒形貌对其水泥净浆流动性能影响显著,当疏松多孔、层状结构颗粒较多时,其对减水剂吸附量较高且对水泥净浆流动性能降低明显;在分析初始流动度、减水剂种类等实验参数对水泥基材料流动性能影响的基础上,提出了粉煤灰性能检测的有效方法。
Abstract: The influencing factors of the fluidity and appraising means for fly ash are studied in terms of water demand ratio, fineness, fire loss volume,morphological and adsorption properties. The results show that the fluidity of different fly ash is weakly correlated with water demand ratio, which has low reliability to evaluate the fluidity of fly ash. The morphological and adsorption properties of fly ash have strong influence on its flow characteristics by less spherical particles, more loose texture and porous. The measures to evaluate the fluidity of fly ash are proposed, which have the fast and accurate merit under site situation.
