低强度等级自密实钢管混凝土专用外加剂的开发和应用

摘 要:通过选用适宜的酯类聚羧酸减水剂母液,采用葡萄糖酸钠、纳米SiO2、有机硅进行复配,研制出一种高减水率、低引气量、保塑性好、适于低强度等级自密实混凝土的专用外加剂,实现了低胶凝材料用量下混凝土的高流动性与低含气量的匹配设计。配制C30自密实混凝土时,其最佳掺量为1.2%~1.6%。所配制的混凝土具有良好的工作性能,不离析、不泌水,满足自密实混凝土泵送施工工艺要求,并成功应用于武汉阳逻港深水薄壁大直径钢管桩中。
Abstract: In order to design high fluidity and low air content concrete, proper ether-type polycarboxylate water reducer mother liquor, sodium gluconate, nano silicium dioxide and organosilicone are used to prepare a type of admixture with high water reduction rate, low air entraining content and good slump-retaining property, which is suitable for lower strength grade self-compacting concrete. In the preparation of C30 self-compacting concrete, the best dosage of this admixture is 1.2%~1.6%. The concrete containing this type of admixture has well work ability, no segregation and no bleeding, which can meet the need of pumping construction technology of self-compacting concrete and is successfully applied in deepwater port with thin wall and large diameter steel pipe pile in Yangluo of Wuhan.
