摘 要:进行了在混凝土中掺加适量的石灰石粉取代部分水泥的研究,检验了不同配合比石灰石粉混凝土的性能,得出了石灰石粉取代水泥的最佳取代率,并做了石灰石粉取代部分水泥用于混凝土中的经济效益和社会效益分析。 Abstract: The research on adding proper amount of limestone powder replacing part of cement in the concrete is carried out. The performances of limestone powder concrete with different proportion ratio are tested, and the best replacement rate of limestone powder replacing cement is obtained. And the economic and social benefits of limestone powder replacing part of cement used in the concrete are analyzed.

摘 要:以燃煤发电厂固体废弃物流化床固硫灰作为水泥基灌浆材料的掺合料,利用燃煤固硫灰火山灰活性、自硬性降低水泥基灌浆材料的水泥用量,利用其膨胀性,减少甚至不使用膨胀剂,配制出低成本并符合国家标准要求的灌浆材料。 Abstract:Grouting material meeting the requirements and with low cost is prepared through using the solid waste of coal plant-fluidized bed combustion ash as cementitious admixtures, which can reduce the cement content because of its self-hardening and can reduce or even not use the expansive agent because of its expansion.

摘 要:以某工程为实例,分析了泵送商品混凝土地下墙体结构各类型裂缝产生的原因,并根据各类型裂缝的特点,从原材料选择、施工、养护等方面,有针对性地提出了各项防范措施。 Abstract: Taking one project as an example, the reasons for different kinds of cracks of underground wall structure with pumping ready-mixed concrete are analyzed. According to the characteristics of the cracks, the protection measures are proposed from the aspects of raw materials choosing, construction and curing.

摘 要:以64m跨双层柱面网壳干煤棚为例,结合ANSYS有限元生死单元技术对网壳的支架滑移施工法进行了动态模拟。采用两种不同的施工方案,通过模拟结果分析了两种施工方案的优缺点,同时,将施工过程中杆件内力的变化同使用阶段杆件内力的变化进行了对比,找到在该施工方案下杆件的薄弱部位,可为类似设计提供依据。 Abstract:Taking a 64m span double-layer cylindrical lattice shell as an example, combined with ANSYS finite element life and death unit technology, the support slip construction method of shell is dynamically simulated. Using two different construction methods, the advantages and disadvantages of construction plans are analyzed by the simulation results. Meanwhile, the change of internal force of the bar during the construction and the change of internal force of the bar during the using phase are compared, in order to get the weak parts of the bar under this construction plan, which can provide certain guiding items for similar designs.

摘 要:以郑州某大厦深基坑的桩锚支护监测为实例,介绍了基坑桩锚设计及监测方案,分析了桩锚支护结构不同施工阶段的水平位移及周边建筑物的沉降规律,总结了影响基坑水平位移和周边建筑物沉降的影响因素。 Abstract: Taking the construction monitoring and analysis for foundation pit pile-anchor support of a building in Zhengzhou as an example, the design and monitoring of foundation pit pile-anchor is introduced, and the law of the horizontal displacement and settlement of the surrounding buildings in various stages of pile-anchor retaining structure is analyzed, then the factors affecting the horizontal displacement of foundation pit and surrounding buildings settlement are summed up.

摘 要:介绍了用于离心桩生产线的链板输送顶升平移系统。该系统实现了生产线平面输送的全自动化操作,安全可靠,而且和起重机相比,节约了设备和人工成本,提高了生产效率,避免了安全隐患。 Abstract:The chain plate conveyor jack-up translation system for centrifugal pile production lines is introduced. The system is safe and reliable, it has realized the full automation of centrifugal pile production line plane delivery. Compared with the cranes, the system can save the number of equipments and labor costs, improve the production efficiency, meanwhile it can also avoid the potential safety hazard.

摘 要:测试分析了全淤泥陶粒泡沫混凝土砌块的相关性能指标,并以热工性能为参照与常见保温墙体进行了经济技术的比较。结果表明,全淤泥陶粒泡沫混凝土砌块与常见墙体材料相比,其经济性、保温性能都有明显的优势,利用全淤泥陶粒泡沫混凝土砌块作为单一墙体材料能满足建筑节能50%和65%指标要求。 Abstract: The testing analysis on the relative performance indexes of the whole sludge ceramsite foam concrete blocks is carried out, and the Eco-Tech analysis on the whole sludge ceramsite foam concrete and the common thermal wall structure is compared by reference to the thermal performance. The results show that the whole sludge ceramsite concrete blocks have obvious advantages on the economy and the thermal insulation property over the common wall materials. Using the sludge ceramsite foam concrete blocks as a single wall materials can meet 50% requirements of building energy efficiency and 65% requirements of the standard.

摘 要:通过对枫树岭桥的调查和检测,综合分析了枫树岭桥的主要病害情况,根据分析结果对桥梁进行了针对性的加固处理,并对桥梁加固技术水平进行了评价。结果表明,有限元技术应用在桥梁的检测与加固技术中是有效的和可行的,有限元可以成为桥梁加固技术的一个有效的工具。 Abstract: Through the Maple Ridge bridge investigation and detection, the main diseases of the Maple Ridge bridge are analyzed. According to the analysis results, the reinforcement treatment of the bridge is carried out, and the bridge reinforcement technology level is evaluated. The results show that the finite element technique can be applied in bridge detection and reinforcement technology, which is effective and practical. Finite element can be an effective tool for the bridge reinforcement technology .

摘  要:通过试验,对常温20℃及100~700℃高温后玻化微珠保温混凝土的抗压强度及劈拉强度进行了比较,研究和分析了不同温度后玻化微珠保温混凝土的抗压强度及劈拉强度的变化规律,并在此基础上建立了高温作用后玻化微珠保温混凝土的抗压强度及劈拉强度的推算公式,可为高温后玻化微珠保温混凝土结构的设计分析提供理论依据。Abstract:Thecompressivestrengthandtensilestrengthofglazedhollowbeadinsulationconcreteat20℃normaltemperatureandfrom100℃to700℃hightemperaturearecomparedbyexperiment.Thechangedlawofthecompressivestrengthandtensilestrengthofglazedhollowbeadinsulationconcreteunderdifferenttemperaturesisanalyzed.Onthebasisofthetestsandanalysis,thecalculationformulaofthecompressivestrengthandtensilestrengthofglazedhollowbeadinsulationconcreteisestablishedunderhightemperatures,whichcanprovidethetheoreticbasisforthedesignandanalysisofconcretestructures.
